Provision of Site Staff. (a) Should SANRAL require the Consulting Firm to provide site staff, the Consulting Firm shall appoint to the satisfaction of SANRAL such competent site staff as may be necessary for the efficient checking of setting out, testing of the Works for conformance with specifications, day-to-day inspection of the construction of the Works, measuring up of the Works on site, and agreeing to the quantities with the Contractor's representatives.

Provision of Site Staff. The actual costs of site staff provided by the Consulting Firm including the following items as approved by SANRAL, will be reimbursable by SANRAL:  Annual cost of employment plus such xxxx-up as defined (for details on the annual cost of employment see Annexure 2).  Relocation costs after delivery of quotations to SANRAL and the approval thereof.  Re-settlement costs as agreed to by SANRAL including certain allowances, school clothes etc. normally paid by the Consulting Firm.  Site staff relocated for the purposes of site supervision will be provided with housing as agreed with SANRAL. Site staff occupying their normal housing, without being relocated, will be paid in terms of Table 7 of Annexure 3. In the event of occupying normal housing the travel distance claimable between home and the site must be agreed to with SANRAL.  In service travelling for business purposes only by site staff as well as relocation travelling will be refunded by SANRAL. Such business travelling shall be agreed to from time to time with SANRAL.  Reasonable additional time periods before the commencement and after the completion of the construction Works will be, if justifiable, considered by SANRAL. (in normal circumstances 1 month before commencement and after completion for senior staff will be accepted to be reasonable).

  • Provision of Access Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Flock hereby grants to Agency a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the features and functions of the Services via the Web Interface during the Service Term (as defined in Section 6.1 below), solely for the Authorized End Users. The Footage will be available for Agency ’s designated administrator, listed on the order form, and any Authorized End Users to access via the Web Interface for thirty (30) days. Authorized End Users will be required to sign up for an account and select a password and username (“User ID”). Flock will also provide Agency with the Documentation to be used in accessing and using the Services. Agency shall be responsible for all acts and omissions of Authorized End Users, and any act or omission by an Authorized End User which, if undertaken by Agency, would constitute a breach of this Agreement, shall be deemed a breach of this Agreement by Agency. Agency shall undertake reasonable efforts to make all Authorized End Users aware of the provisions of this Agreement as applicable to such Authorized End User’s use of the Services, and shall cause Authorized End Users to comply with such provisions. Flock may use the services of one or more third parties to deliver any part of the Services, including without limitation using a third party to host the Web Interface which makes the Services available to Agency and Authorized End Users. Warranties provided by said third party service providers are the agency’s sole and exclusive remedy and flock’s sole and exclusive liability with regard to such third-party services, including without limitation hosting the web interface. Agency agrees to comply with any acceptable use policies and other terms of any third-party service provider that are provided or otherwise made available to Agency from time to time.

  • Provision of the Service Okta provides the Service to Customer under the Agreement. In connection with the Service, the parties anticipate that Okta may Process Customer Data that contains Personal Data relating to Data Subjects.

  • TERMS OF PROVISION OF SERVICES 2.1. The Contractor performs work for the Customer at his own risk and personally. At the same time, the Contractor has the right, with the consent of the Customer, to involve other persons (subcontractors) in the performance of work, remaining responsible to the Customer for the result of their work.   • Modification of Services Credit Union reserves the right to modify the Service from time to time without making prior notice to Member, provided, however, that Credit Union will give you at least thirty (30) days notice prior to making any modifications to the Service that would materially alter their functionality.

  • Provision of the Services 6.1 The Service Provider shall, throughout the term of this Agreement, provide the Services to the Client in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
