Provision of System Equipment and Software. Participants will use their own computers, video terminals, printers and supplies (e.g., printer paper, ink cartridges, toner, etc.) to maintain and access their Research Repositories. Each Participant will provide, at its own cost or using funds provided pursuant to its PCORI Subcontract, the computer software and hardware necessary to allow Participants to store and access Participant Information in its Research Repository and will arrange for the installation of, and bear the cost of, the necessary communication lines and/or encryption devices to allow the secure transfer of the Information (in the form of either De-Identified Information or a Limited Data Set) by the Participants. Participants will provide personnel to assist with the mapping of clinical information such as test results and physician codes into a standard form as agreed upon by GPC.

UHOSPITAL and UPP shall have no obligation to incur any other costs under or pursuant to this Agreement. UUMC will provide, at its own cost, the computer software and hardware necessary to allow Participants to store and access Information on EGRET and will arrange for the installation of, and bear the cost of, the necessary communication lines and/or encryption devices to allow the secure transfer of the Information to and from EGRET by the Participants to the extent that the Participants do not already maintain such lines or devices. UUMC will also provide personnel to assist with the mapping of clinical information such as test results and physician codes into a standard form accessible by all Participants. UUMC will also provide support for initial training, trouble shooting and maintenance of equipment it provides that is used for EGRET connectivity.
Provision of System Equipment and Software. Participating Entity shall have the software, hardware, and other infrastructure necessary to make use of the System. Participating Entity shall arrange for its own carrier lines, computer terminals or personal computers, or other equipment for accessing the System and ensure that they are properly configured to access the System. This includes but is not limited to the base workstation operating system, web browser, and Internet connectivity.

KUH and UKP shall have no obligation to incur any other costs under or pursuant to this Agreement. KUMC will provide, at its own cost, the computer software and hardware necessary to allow Participants to store and access Information on HERON and will arrange for the installation of, and bear the cost of, the necessary communication lines and/or encryption devices to allow the secure transfer of the Information to and from HERON by the Participants to the extent that the Participants do not already maintain such lines or devices. KUMC will also provide personnel to assist with the mapping of clinical information such as test results and physician codes into a standard form accessible by all Participants. KUMC will also provide support for initial training, trouble shooting and maintenance of equipment it provides that is used for HERON connectivity.

  • Software Use Case Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Supported on physical hardware solely to support virtual quests. Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization is designed to run and manage virtual instances and does not support user-space applications. Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization may be used as a virtual desktop infrastructure solution, however, the Subscription does not come with any software or support for the desktop operating system. You must purchase the operating system for each instance of a desktop or server separately.

  • Equipment and Materials Contractor at its sole cost and expense shall provide and furnish all tools, labor, materials, equipment, transportation services and any other items (collectively, "Equipment") which are required or necessary to perform the Services in a manner which is consistent with generally accepted standards of the profession for similar services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, District shall not be responsible for any damages to persons or property as a result of the use, misuse or failure of any Equipment used by Contractor of the Contracted Parties, even if such Equipment is furnished, rented or loaned to Contractor or the Contracted Parties by District. Furthermore, any Equipment or workmanship that does not conform to the regulations of this Agreement may be rejected by District and in such case must be promptly remedied or replaced by Contractor at no additional cost to District and subject to District’s reasonable satisfaction.

  • Customer Equipment Customer represents and warrants that it owns or has the legal right and authority, and will continue to own or maintain the legal right and authority during the term of this Agreement, to place and use the Customer Equipment as contemplated by this Agreement. Customer further represents and warrants that its placement, arrangement, and use of the Customer Equipment in the Internet Data Centers complies with the Customer Equipment Manufacturer's environmental and other specifications.
