Public Information Meeting. (s) and/or Public Hearing(s)
A. Public Information Meeting(s) The Consultant will assist the Municipality at one (1) public information meeting(s) with advisory agencies, local officials, and citizens, at which the Consultant will provide visual aids and present a technical discussion of the alternatives. The Municipality will arrange for the location of public information meeting(s). The Consultant will assist the Municipality with appropriate notification.

Public Information Meeting. For all services under this task, the Lump Sum of $ 3,000
Public Information Meeting. The Board shall hold a Public Information Meeting immediately following the annual meeting of Members or, if impractical, as soon as practical thereafter. Notice of such meeting shall be given to the Clerk of each municipality within the Regional Municipality of Waterloo which is also a member of the Municipal Advisory Committee and published on Waterloo EDC’s website and social media pages at least 30 clear days in advance of the proposed Public Information Meeting date.
Public Information Meeting. Public Information meetings are covered under the current roadway design contract; no additional fees required.
Public Information Meeting. The CONSULTANT shall assist the client/designer with the preparation for and attendance at one (1) public information meeting. The specific tasks included are:
3.6.1 Meeting Planning and Coordination – This task includes all the planning and preparation for the meeting. This includes coordinating the date of the meeting, scheduling the venue, preparing meeting materials/exhibits, including developing visual displays, handouts, presentation, comment forms, and coordinating Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)/Limited English Proficiency (LEP) support services for the meeting. This task includes the preparation of a meeting notice mailing to adjacent property owners, electronic invitations to stakeholders, a news release, and website content.
