Public Information Meeting. CONSULTANT shall prepare display materials for and present the proposed project at a scheduled meeting for the City.

A. Public Information Meeting(s) The Consultant will assist the Municipality at 1 public information meeting with advisory agencies, local officials, and citizens, at which the Consultant will provide visual aids and present a technical discussion of the alternatives. The Municipality will arrange for the location of public information meeting. The Consultant will assist the Municipality with appropriate notification.
Public Information Meeting. COMPANY will organize and attend one (1) open house public information meeting as part of the Feasibility Study.
1. For the public meeting, COMPANY will prepare and mail notifications to residents who may be impacted or whose property is adjacent to the project corridor. With input from CLIENT, COMPANY will reserve meeting space at an appropriate facility (rental fees have been included as a direct cost).
2. COMPANY will prepare and provide handouts and two (2) sets of exhibits (aerial mosaics/boards depicting the various alternatives, traffic data, typical sections, project schedule, and roundabout pamphlets if necessary). COMPANY will also maintain a record of meeting attendees.
3. Three (3) representatives from COMPANY will attend a dry run at CLIENT to review the handouts and exhibits prior to the public information meeting.
4. Four (4) representatives from COMPANY will attend the public information meeting. Six (6) hours have been assumed for the meeting, setup and takedown.
5. COMPANY will respond to all individual public comments received at the public information meeting. For the purposes of this SCOPE OF SERVICES, 40 comments/responses have been assumed.
Public Information Meeting. Assume one (1) meeting will be held during Preliminary Design
Public Information Meeting. The Board shall hold a Public Information Meeting immediately following the annual meeting of Members or, if impractical, as soon as practical thereafter. Notice of such meeting shall be given to the Clerk of each municipality within the Regional Municipality of Waterloo which is also a member of the Municipal Advisory Committee and published on Waterloo EDC’s website and social media pages at least 30 clear days in advance of the proposed Public Information Meeting date.
Public Information Meeting. The purpose of this task is to share the proposed improvements with the public and encourage them to provide input on preliminary design prior to the completion of the NEPA document. One (1) public information meeting will be held in the project area once the preliminary design and results of the technical studies are available. Volkert will prepare illustrative boards and handouts and the Town will facilitate the meetings. Volkert will arrange and schedule the meeting location and will provide the court reporter if deemed necessary. Volkert will also participate in a planning session for the public information meeting. • Public Meeting Notice to be advertised in newspapers with circulation in the area. • Boards illustrating the proposed improvements. • Handout describing the proposed improvements and results of technical studies. • Sign‐in sheets and agenda. • PowerPoint presentation describing the proposed improvements. • Comment Cards. • Site Audio/Visual Equipment. • A Public Information Meeting Summary Report for one (1) Public Involvement Meeting.
Public Information Meeting. Two public information meeting presentations will be made by CONSULTANT and RTC to properties adjacent to the project work zone to discuss project limits, scope, tentative schedule, traffic controls, driveway access, public notification requirements, and concerns of adjacent properties before the plans and specifications are finalized. It also assumed three (3) one-on-one meetings with local businesses will be required.
Public Information Meeting. If requested by the Client, DLZ shall prepare for and attend up to One (1) Public Information Meeting with the Client. The services shall include:
1. Prepare Public Information Meeting Presentation
2. Prepare Advertisement Notices for the Public Information Meeting, as requested by the Client
3. Prepare display boards/strip maps for Public Meeting
