Public Open Hours. The Library’s public open hours will allow a minimum of two (2) employees each day to commence their shifts at least fifteen (15) minutes prior to opening the Library and a minimum of two (2) employees each day to end their shifts at least fifteen (15) minutes after closing the Library in order to provide adequate time for the opening and closing routine of the Library.
