PUBLIC STATEMENTS; COMMUNICATIONS. Except as otherwise required by law, you shall respond to any inquiries with respect to the circumstances of your termination of employment in a manner which is consistent with Exhibit C attached hereto, and you agree that you will not at any time during or subsequent to your employment with Accenture, make public statements which are materially inconsistent with Exhibit C.
