Publicity and Promotional Assignments. 1. Flight Attendants assigned by the Company to promotional or publicity assignments or Company approved certification or experimental flights, in addition to the hourly compensation provided in Section 4 will be entitled to per hour expenses in accordance with Paragraph 5.A.1.a. or 5.A.1.b. as appropriate and to reasonable, necessary transportation expenses, when transportation is not furnished by the Company.

  • PUBLICITY AND BRANDING 24.1 Subject to Clause 25 (Marketing), the Supplier shall not make any press announcements or publicise this Framework Agreement or its contents in any way without the Authority's prior Approval.

  • INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PROPRIETARY RIGHTS Each Party shall retain full and sole ownership of its preexisting copyright, patent rights and other proprietary rights. All copyright, patent rights and other proprietary rights in plans, drawings, specifications, designs, reports, other documents and discoveries developed or prepared by the UN Partner under this Agreement shall belong to the UN Partner. The UN Partner herewith grants to the Government a perpetual, non-revocable, royalty-free, transferable (including the right to sub-license), fully paid-up, non-exclusive license to copy, distribute and use any such copyright, patent rights and other proprietary rights.

  • Publicity and Confidentiality 12.1 Publicity. Partner will keep confidential and will not disclose, market or advertise to third parties the terms of this Agreement (including the fees paid hereunder). Partner or Red Hat may reference its relationship with the other, in the normal course of business including during earnings calls, discussions with analysts, meetings with the press, customer briefings, general marketing activities and in regulatory filings. Neither Party will issue formal press releases or other similar activities referencing the other Party without the written consent of the other Party.

  • PUBLICITY, LITERATURE, ADVERTISEMENTS AND SOCIAL MEDIA 36.1 COUNTY owns all rights to the name, logos, and symbols of COUNTY. Use the format provided by the CAM. • Prepare a Final Project Fact Sheet at the project’s conclusion that discusses results. Use the format provided by the CAM. • Prepare a Technology/Knowledge Transfer Plan that includes: o An explanation of how the knowledge gained from the project will be made available to the public, including the targeted market sector and potential outreach to end users, utilities, regulatory agencies, and others.

  • Intellectual Property and Confidentiality 9.1 All intellectual property rights in and relating to the goods we supply to you, their manufacture, development and creation (including improvements to them) will be or remain ours and you will, at our request, do any act and execute any documents necessary to confirm such rights.
