Publisher Responsibilities. We shall prepare and publish your Article in the Journal. We reserve the right to make such editorial changes as may be necessary to make the Article suitable for publication, or as we reasonably consider necessary to avoid infringing third party rights or law; and we reserve the right not to proceed with publication for whatever reason.
Publisher Responsibilities. The Publisher has selected the journal editor and editorial board members and supported the peer review and Publication Process outlined below in Section 5, and will exercise professional responsibility over such processes. While the Publisher agrees that the consideration of any submitted manuscript should be fair and objective, it notes that the editorial responsibility for the journal rests with the editor and editorial board members, including the peer review process.

Publisher Responsibilities. C.1. As between the Parties, Publisher shall be responsible for quality assurance (QA) test all on its own expenses (not including the Advertising QA).
C.2. Publisher shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide even and consistent distribution of Advertising on Publisher’s website and/or applications (the “Publisher Content”).
C.3. Publisher shall not alter, modify or otherwise intentionally interfere with the operation of any of the Advertising or any link contained within any click-through Advertisement. Publisher shall promptly notify VRTCAL if Publisher suspects that any third party may be tampering with, abusing or manipulating the Technology or the Advertising. In the event of misuse and/or abuse of Technology or Advertising by Publisher, Publisher shall not be entitled to any revenue associated with the applicable campaign(s). Publisher acknowledges and agrees that VRTCAL shall, in its sole discretion, regularly review impressions, click-through or other actions with respect to Advertising. No revenue share will become due to Publisher for actions that VRTCAL determines, in its reasonable discretion, are fraudulent or improper. In addition, VRTCAL reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately, without giving Publisher an opportunity to cure, if VRTCAL reasonably determines that Publisher has in any way manipulated or used artificial means to increase impressions, click-through or other actions, or has encouraged or authorized others to do so.
Publisher Responsibilities. Publisher will procure a CTN and arrange for the forwarding of calls placed to the PPC CTN(s) to the business telephone line(s) designated by Advertiser for the PPC Service. Publisher may publish or distribute the PPC CTNs and their related Advertising on any Properties and in any other location, media, or Network Properties in its sole Discretion. Publisher reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to distribute the PPC CTNs through non-traditional forms of directory-assistance-type services, or other forms of voice-enabled or otherwise accessible electronic or digital listing, directory, or directory- like services. (Although Publisher does not generally place PPC CTNs on standard directory assistance services, Advertiser acknowledges that PPC CTNs obtained by third parties may be made available on such directory assistance services).
Publisher Responsibilities. (1) Publisher shall be responsible for all electronic presentment notices it is required to give to its subscribers/consumers.
(2) Publisher shall provide to CDS Global written instructions with respect to handling any opt-out requirements.

Publisher Responsibilities. 7.1 The Publisher warrants that the Licensed Materials used as contemplated by this License do not infringe the copyright or any other proprietary or intellectual property rights of any natural or legal person. The Publisher shall indemnify and hold the Consortium and Members harmless from and against any liability arising out of any legal action taken against the Consortium and/or a Member claiming actual or alleged infringement of such rights. This indemnity shall survive the termination of this License for any reason. This indemnity shall not apply if the Consortium or Member has amended the Licensed Materials in any way not permitted by this License.
7.2 The Publisher shall:
7.2.1 Make the Licensed Materials available to Members from the Server during the License Term;
7.2.2 Provide information sufficient to enable Members to access the Licensed Materials;
7.2.3 Use reasonable endeavors to ensure that the Server has adequate capacity and bandwidth to support the usage of Members at a level commensurate with the standards of availability for information services of similar scope operating via the World Wide Web; as such standards evolve from time to time over the License Term;
Publisher Responsibilities. Provide agreed-upon ad placements during the campaign period. • Notify Advertiser of any technical issues or delays affecting ad delivery. • Ensure ad presentation is professional and aligns with Publisher standards.
