Purchase of Service Weapon. Any member who is not under an investigation that could lead to lost time, discharge and/or criminal charges and who is eligible for and honorably retires (with the Ohio Police and Firefighters Pension System or PERS) from active duty with the City may purchase their city issued service weapon from the City at a cost of one dollar ($1.00). The Chief of Police shall have the final review to determine whether a retiring Sergeant qualifies to purchase their weapon.

Purchase of Service Weapon. An employee who honorably retires from active duty may purchase his/her service weapon from OUPD. The cost of the service weapon shall be one dollar ($1.00). However, prior to the purchase of the service weapon, the Chief of Police must sign-off that the retiring employee does not have a known or suspected stress- related or psychological condition. If there is any question as to the employee lieutenant’s psychological condition, the Chief of Police will require that the employee lieutenant provide current medical/psychological documentation. Upon satisfaction that the employee lieutenant does not have a psychological condition precluding his/her safe use of the service weapon, the employee shall sign a waiver of liability form and give written acknowledgement of purchase and receipt of the service weapon.
Purchase of Service Weapon. Retiring bargaining unit members with a regular service retirement shall be permitted to purchase their assigned service weapon for fair market value. “Fair market value” will be determined at the sole discretion of the Chief of Police.
Purchase of Service Weapon. A member who honorably retires from the Sheriff’s Office with twenty-five or more years of law enforcement service and ten (10) years with the Fairfield County Sheriff’s office may purchase his/her service weapon or off duty weapon. The cost of the service weapon shall be one dollar ($1.00). Pursuant to ORC 2933-13, If a member is killed in the line of duty, the weapon shall be presented to member’s current spouse.
Purchase of Service Weapon. A member who honorably retires (for reasons other than a psychological or mental disability) from active duty may purchase his/her service weapon from the department if the member has twenty or more years of continuous service with the Dover Police Dept. The price of that weapon will be based on a depreciation schedule of twenty percent (20%) per service year of the weapon, with a maximum cost of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) after five (5) years from the date the weapon was placed in service. This purchase may be made pursuant to ORC 2933.13.

  • Supply of Services 3.1 In consideration of the amounts due under this Agreement, the Supplier shall, from the date set out in the Purchase Order or Award Letter, provide the Services to the Customer for the Term, in accordance with the terms and conditions with this Agreement.

  • Use of Service Areas The service areas, as located within the Project, shall be ear- marked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, Pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, firefighting pumps and equipment etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the Association for rendering maintenance services.

  • Scope of Service Interconnection Service shall be provided to the Interconnection Customer at the Point of Interconnection (a), in the case of interconnection of the Customer Facility of a Generation Interconnection Customer, up to the Maximum Facility Output, and (b), in the case of interconnection of the Customer Facility of a Transmission Interconnection Customer, up to the Nominal Rated Capability. The location of the Point of Interconnection shall be mutually agreed by the Interconnected Entities, provided, however, that if the Interconnected Entities are unable to agree on the Point of Interconnection, the Transmission Provider shall determine the Point of Interconnection, provided that Transmission Provider shall not select a Point of Interconnection that would impose excessive costs on either of the Interconnected Entities and shall take material system reliability considerations into account in such selection. Specifications for the Customer Facility and the location of the Point of Interconnection shall be set forth in an appendix to the Interconnection Service Agreement and shall conform to those stated in the Facilities Study.

  • Description of Service 2.14.1.1 BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>> loop makeup (LMU) data for BellSouth's network facilities. This section addresses LMU as a preordering transaction, distinct from <<customer_name>> ordering any other service(s). Loop Makeup Service Inquiries (LMUSI) for preordering loop makeup are likewise unique from other preordering functions with associated service inquiries (SI) as described in this Agreement.
