Tampering. If an employee tampers with, alters, substitutes or in any way compromises any testing sample or material, the employee’s actions shall be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment, without regard to the test results. The University must have conclusive evidence to support such a determination that tampering, alteration, substitution or compromise has occurred.
Tampering. Any evidence that the computer’s security seal has been tampered with will result in the loss of laptop privileges for the remainder of the school year and a charge of $250.00 will be imposed for the District to certify that the laptop hardware has not been tampered with, replaced, or damaged. Any evidence that the District installed system configuration has been tampered with or reconfigured in any way will also result in the loss of laptop privileges for no less than 6 academic months and related charges assessed.

Contractor agrees that Contractor personnel (including contractors, subcontractors and agents) will not tamper with, take apart, reverse engineer, decompile, copy or otherwise make or permit any modifications, translations or alterations to any of the Equipment, and all software and firmware stored on and embedded in the Equipment, except as expressly authorized by SONIFI in writing or electronically.
Tampering. Tampering with or propping doors is prohibited as is the use of any object to cover and/or obstruct the door locking mechanism. Tampering with, or misuse of, elevators is prohibited. The removal of windows or window screens for any duration of time, climbing in and out of windows, and/or throwing any objects from windows is prohibited. Throwing objects from ledges, roofs, and balconies is also prohibited. Theft or Misuse of Property. Theft, tampering, possession, damage, destruction, or misuse of personal or University property is prohibited.

Licensee is prohibited from tampering with or attempting to --------- reverse engineer the VisionKey card or any device or software installed on the System for the purpose of monitoring the number of Licensed Procedures performed. MODIFYING OR ALTERING THE SYSTEM, THE VISIONKEY CARD OR THE CARD READING MECHANISM IN ANY WAY CONSTITUTES WILLFUL INFRINGEMENT OF THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LICENSED UNDER THIS LICENSE AND MAY ENDANGER PATIENT SAFETY. ANY SUCH MIDIFICATIONOR ALTERATION WILL RENDER THE SYSTEM ADULTERATED UNDER THE FEDERAL FOOD, DRUG AND COSMETIC ACT AND COULD SUBJECT THE LICENSEE AND/OR THE AUTHORIZED USERS TO ACTION BY THE FDA RESULTING IN SEIZURE, INJUNCTION, CIVIL PENALTIES, AND/OR CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
Tampering. The supplier and associated facilities must have security methods to prevent tampering with goods during final packaging.
Tampering. If MPS discovers that any service has been tampered with so as to defeat the intent of these regulations, the Customer will immediately be removed from the dual-fuel rate. All electricity on the dual-fuel meter used between the last inspection and discovery of the tampering will be billed at the highest rate in effect for the Customer class.

The beneficiary shall be the customer or other party who benefits from such tampering. In the case of residential accounts, all such costs shall be billed to the responsible party. The responsible party shall be the customer or other party who causes meter tampering to be committed. The actual cost of investigation, inspection, and determination of such tampering, and other costs, such as but not limited to, the installation of protective equipment, legal fees, and other costs related to the administrative, civil or criminal proceedings, may be billed to the responsible party.
