Purpose of Funds. COMMISSION is providing grant funds to GRANTEE for the programs and services described in Exhibits A and B in order to assist GRANTEE in improving service systems, changing policies, or providing programs in one or more of the established goals of outcome areas of “Families,” “Communities,” “Early Care and Education Systems,” and “Health-Related Systems” outlined in the First 5 LA 2015-2020 Strategic Plan: Focusing for the Future.
Purpose of Funds. With respect to projects to be funded in the State of Texas, the Plea Agreements require NFWF to administer and disburse the Funds as follows: To remedy harm and eliminate or reduce the risk of future harm to Gulf Coast natural resources, NFWF shall use [the Funds] to conduct or fund projects to remedy harm to resources where there has been injury to, or destruction of, loss of, or loss of use of those resources resulting from the Macondo oil spill. NFWF shall consult with appropriate state resource managers, as well as federal resource managers that have the statutory authority for coordination or cooperation with private entities, to identify projects and to maximize the environmental benefits of such projects.
Purpose of Funds. By receipt of funds from WCCLS, each Contractor agrees to expend those funds to provide library services according to Contractor’s established policies, and to ensure that Contractor’s library facilities are open for public use by all Eligible Users. Contractors must spend all funds received from WCCLS on library operations. Funds received from WCCLS cannot be used for new building construction, building expansion, or land acquisition. Funds may be used for building lease costs.

A scope of work is attached in accordance with ARTICLE III which promotes the reduction of single-occupant auto usage in order to achieve at least one of the following objectives: Reduction of traffic congestion Promotion of alternative transportation modes Improvement of air quality
Purpose of Funds. 2.1. Subcontractor shall use the funds only for the delivery of the Project, as specifically outlined in the Schedule of Services, and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement. The funds shall not be used for any other purpose without the prior written agreement of the TCG.
2.2. Subcontractor shall not make any significant change to the Project or Schedule of Services without the TCG’s prior written agreement.
2.3. Where the Subcontractor intends to apply to a third party for other funding, the Subcontractor will notify TCG in advance, in writing, of its intention to do so and, shall not agree or accept such funding unless TCG has provided written consent. Where such funding is already obtained, the Subcontractor will provide TCG with details of the amount and purpose of that funding.

Program Administrator shall use the ARP and Supplemental Funds solely for the purposes set forth in, and in accordance with Exhibit A, Statement of Work, attached hereto and made a part hereof. The Program Administrator’s flat fee for the administration of shall be paid 50% upon opening the program via the website portal, 25% upon final distributions of grant awards, and 25% within thirty days of final reporting of the program.
