Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP. All sampling and analysis conducted by the City under this Agreement shall be performed in accordance with QAPP procedures submitted by the City and approved by DTSC pursuant to this Agreement. The QAPP shall be prepared following the guidance in the “EPA Guidance for Quality Assurance Project Plans, EPA QA/G-5, February 1998.”
Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP. All Research Projects under this Subaward Agreement will require a Category III Quality Assurance Project Plan (“QAPP”) in accordance with EPA QA/R-5 guidance and Attachment 6 to this Subaward Agreement. The QAPP will document the objectives (minimum specifications) for product quality and the processes (including but not limited to: monitoring capability and data acquisition, processing, validation, reporting, and interpretation) that will be used for the achievement of those objectives. The QAPP shall demonstrate the use of accredited laboratories meeting the criteria set forth below in Article 24, describing the Use of Certified Laboratories. The AQRP QAPP Manager will review and approve the QAPP. Should the AQRP QAPP Manager determine that the project requires a higher QAPP category (i.e., Category I or II) then the higher requirements will apply. The Subrecipient agrees to adhere to the QAPP in the performance of the Research Activities.
Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP. The QAPP shall address quality assurance, quality control, and chain of custody procedures in accordance with “EPA Requirements for Quality Assurance Project Plans” (EPA QA/R-5, EPA/240/B-01/003, March 2001) and “EPA Guidance for Quality Assurance Project Plans” (EPA QA/G-5, EPA/240/R-02/009, December 2002), as well as other such applicable guidance identified by EPA. The QAPP shall describe the procedures that will be used for sampling and analysis of solid waste identified in the Solid Waste Inventory Report for the purpose of conducting hazardous waste determinations in accordance with 40 C.F.R. § 262.11. The QAPP shall describe the proposed sampling procedures that will be employed to ensure that samples are collected and analyzed using EPA-approved protocols. In addition, the QAPP shall describe the number and type of samples to be collected, the method(s) of collection and analysis, and criteria for determining sampling locations.
Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP. IF this project involves the collection of environmental measurement data, the RECIPIENT must prepare a QAPP to ensure the consistent application of quality assurance principles to the planning and execution of all activities involved in generating this data. The plan shall be conducted in accordance with the DEPARTMENT’s Guidelines for the Preparation of Quality Assurance Project Plans for Environmental Studies, current edition, (Ecology Publication No. 04-03-030). The plan must describe the monitoring and data quality objectives, procedures, and methodologies which will be used to ensure that all environmental data generated will meet these requirements. The size and complexity of the plan should be cost effective and in proportion to the magnitude of the sampling effort. The RECIPIENT may also reference Technical Guidance for Assessing the Quality of Aquatic Environments, February 1994 (Ecology Publication No. 91-78), in developing the plan. The QAPP shall be composed of a concise description of the environmental measurement aspects of this project. Ecology’s Project Officer shall review and approve this plan prior to initiation of work. The QAPP should describe the following elements: • Assumptions that direct the collection and analysis of data; • Resources used (such as flights for aerial photos); • Resource documents that will be consulted; • Field methods employed; • Office methods employed; • Training level of staff involved in data collection and analysis; • Equipment / materials to be used • Procedures to assure accurate calibration of field instruments.   • Quality Assurance Program An employee shall be entitled to leave of absence without loss of earnings from her or his regularly scheduled working hours for the purpose of writing examinations required by the College of Nurses of Ontario arising out of the Quality Assurance Program.

  • Quality Assurance The parties endorse the underlying principles of the Company’s Quality Management System, which seeks to ensure that its services are provided in a manner which best conforms to the requirements of the contract with its customer. This requires the Company to establish and maintain, implement, train and continuously improve its procedures and processes, and the employees to follow the procedures, document their compliance and participate in the improvement process. In particular, this will require employees to regularly and reliably fill out documentation and checklists to signify that work has been carried out in accordance with the customer’s specific requirements. Where necessary, training will be provided in these activities.

  • Quality Assurance Plan The contractor shall develop and submit to NMFS a contractor Quality Assurance Plan, as referenced in Section F.5.3, which details how the contractor will ensure effectiveness and efficiency of collection efforts as well as the quality of data collected by its At-Sea Monitors. The contractor shall further establish, implement, and maintain a Quality Assurance Management program to ensure consistent quality of all work products and services performed under this contract.

  • Quality Assurance/Quality Control Contractor shall establish and maintain a quality assurance/quality control program which shall include procedures for continuous control of all construction and comprehensive inspection and testing of all items of Work, including any Work performed by Subcontractors, so as to ensure complete conformance to the Contract with respect to materials, workmanship, construction, finish, functional performance, and identification. The program established by Contractor shall comply with any quality assurance/quality control requirements incorporated in the Contract.

  • Quality Assurance Requirements There are no special Quality Assurance requirements under this Agreement.

  • COUNTY’S QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN The County or its agent will evaluate the Contractor’s performance under this Contract on not less than an annual basis. Such evaluation will include assessing the Contractor’s compliance with all Contract terms and conditions and performance standards. Contractor deficiencies which the County determines are severe or continuing and that may place performance of the Contract in jeopardy if not corrected will be reported to the Board of Supervisors. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the County and the Contractor. If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, the County may terminate this Contract or impose other penalties as specified in this Contract.

  • Project Plan Development of Project Plan Upon the Authorized User’s request, the Contractor must develop a Project Plan. This Project Plan may include Implementation personnel, installation timeframes, escalation procedures and an acceptance plan as appropriate for the Services requested. Specific requirements of the plan will be defined in the RFQ. In response to the RFQ, the Contractor must agree to furnish all labor and supervision necessary to successfully perform Services procured from this Lot. Project Plan Document The Contractor will provide to the Authorized User, a Project Plan that may contain the following items: • Name of the Project Manager, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • Names of the Project Team Members, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • A list of Implementation milestones based on the Authorized User’s desired installation date; • A list of responsibilities of the Authorized User during system Implementation; • A list of designated Contractor Authorized Personnel; • Escalation procedures including management personnel contact numbers; • Full and complete documentation of all Implementation work; • Samples of knowledge transfer documentation; and • When applicable, a list of all materials and supplies required to complete the Implementation described in the RFQ. Materials and Supplies Required to Complete Implementation In the event that there are items required to complete an Implementation, the Contractor may request the items be added to its Contract if the items meet the scope of the Contract. Negotiation of Final Project Plan If the Authorized User chooses to require a full Project Plan, the State further reserves the right for Authorized Users to negotiate the final Project Plan with the apparent RFQ awardee. Such negotiation must not substantively change the scope of the RFQ plan, but can alter timeframes or other incidental factors of the final Project Plan. The Authorized User will provide the Contractor a minimum of five (5) business days’ notice of the final negotiation date. The Authorized User reserves the right to move to the next responsible and responsive bidder if Contractor negotiations are unsuccessful.

  • Health plan specification The Employer will require health plans participating in the Group Insurance Program to develop and implement health promotion and health education programs for State employees and their dependents.

  • Project Implementation Manual The Recipient, through the PCU, shall: (i) take all action required to carry out Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4 (ii) of the Project in accordance with the provisions and requirements set forth or referred to in the Project Implementation Manual; (ii) submit recommendations to the Association for its consideration for changes and updates of the Project Implementation Manual as they may become necessary or advisable during Project implementation in order to achieve the objective of Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4(ii) of the Project; and (iii) not assign, amend, abrogate or waive the Project Implementation Manual or any of its provisions without the Association’s prior agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any of the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern.

  • Synchronisation Commissioning and Commercial Operation 8.1 The Developer shall provide at least forty (40) days advanced preliminary written notice and at least twenty (20) days advanced final written notice to ESCOM of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.
