Quality Improvement Programs. OLH shall provide Residents and HSC-S Faculty access to quality improvement programs and systems of the Hospitals as contemplated by the ACGME and CODA.

Quality Improvement Programs. The State shall develop and implement a Quality Improvement Program for HYCF.
Quality Improvement Programs. Provider will participate and/or promote applicable quality improvement programs, which are designed to improve the quality of care, quality of service, and the Member’s experience. Such programs may include initiatives designed or required by regulatory or accreditation entities and may include without limitation data sharing via access to Provider’s electronic health records, collection and evaluation of health data, providing access to supplemental data for collection of health data, providing applicable contact information to facilitate medical record chart chases, responding to Member complaints and quality of care concerns, responding to program evaluations and satisfaction surveys, and allowing IHN CCO to use Provider performance data for quality improvement activities. Provider will also participate in CCO incentive measures which include data sharing via access to Provider electronic health records, participation in IHN CCO incentive and improvement programs, and other measures or metrics as applicable.
Quality Improvement Programs. A participative process which directly involves employees, at the work level, in the identification, analysis, and solution of product quality and work process problems. It is a joint effort between Management and employees to develop ideas for improving the product of the organizational unit and implementing these improvements once approved by Management and concurred by the Union.

  • Quality Improvement VRC shall develop programs designed to improve the quality of care provided by the Radiologists and encourage identification and adoption of best demonstrated processes. Identify all assumptions used in the estimates.  Greenhouse gas and criteria emissions reductions.  Other non-energy benefits such as reliability, public safety, lower operational cost, environmental improvement, indoor environmental quality, and societal benefits.  Data on potential job creation, market potential, economic development, and increased state revenue as a result of the project.  A discussion of project product downloads from websites, and publications in technical journals.  A comparison of project expectations and performance. Discuss whether the goals and objectives of the Agreement have been met and what improvements are needed, if any.

  • EDUCATIONAL IMPROVEMENT A leave of absence without pay of up to one (1) contract year may be granted to any employee, upon application, for the purpose of engaging in study at an accredited college or university reasonably related to professional responsibilities.
