Quantum of Leave. Subject to sub-clause 35.3 the amount of long service leave to which an employee is entitled, from the commencement of this Agreement, shall be: (a) In the case of an employee who has completed at least 7 years’ service with the same School: (i) in respect of the first ten years of service so completed, 13 weeks; and (ii) in respect of each additional completed year of service with the same employer, 2 weeks. (b) In the case of an employee who has completed with the School 5 years’ service, and whose services are: (i) terminated by the School for any reason; or (ii) cease for any other reason (including resignation by the Employee),
