Quarterly Review Meetings. The President and Chief Executive Officer of Licensee shall meet quarterly with representatives of Sears at Sears' offices in Hoffman Estates, Illinois ("Quarterly Review Meetings") to review and discuss, among other things, the items set forth in Schedule 7.2.1.
Quarterly Review Meetings. Not less frequently than once per calendar quarter during the Term, or at such other frequency as mutually agreed by the Parties, the Parties shall meet to discuss the following topics: (i) certain operations and strategy of Wheels Up, including network strategy and any necessary or appropriate changes to current and future strategy and service offerings (including, but not limited to, company-initiated scheduled route service with by-the-seat-pricing); (ii) current and anticipated sales initiatives of Wheels Up; (iii) the financial performance of Wheels Up, including historical and forecasted revenue performance, historical pricing and inventory, current rate schedules, and any known or likely future adjustments thereto; (iv) [***]; (v) the Parties’ performance of their respective obligations hereunder; (vi) strategic initiatives to be implemented by the Parties and (vii) any other matter relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
Quarterly Review Meetings. The parties shall, per a written request by either party, meet in a mutually agreed to location to review and discuss, among others, the following points of performance under this Agreement: (a) Ongoing Manufacturing and operation planning process, including inventory levels; (b) Cost improvement and reduction efforts and initiatives; (c) Product quality; (d) Potential or existing disputes between Sientra and Supplier or Supplier and any or other Third Party; (e) Any need for working groups and the defined scope of responsibilities; and ***INDICATES MATERIAL THAT WAS OMITTED AND FOR WHICH CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT WAS REQUESTED. ALL SUCH OMITTED MATERIAL WAS FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION PURSUANT TO RULE 24B-2 PROMULGATED UNDER THE SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934, AS AMENDED. (f) Any need for standards and/or metrics by which to evaluate operation and/or performance of the parties under this Agreement, including performance related to delivery, quality and the need or potential for performance improvements.
Quarterly Review Meetings. AJI and KK will confer not less frequently than quarterly regarding the appropriate size (including hardware requirements) and capacity of the hosting server cluster, and both parties will supply all available and relevant usage data it may have. AJI will state its good faith estimate of the hardware and capacity needed for operation of the search service to the KK and its end users. AJI shall promptly provision for such hardware and capacity needs, and supply KK with a list of the hardware provisioned and the additional capacity in accordance with the Procedure for Acquisition of Additional Hardware in Section 4.9.1 below.

Quarterly Review Meetings. The parties’ Representatives shall meet on a Quarterly basis to discuss and review the Council’s performance of the Services in the preceding Quarter and such other matters as the parties deem appropriate (a “Quarterly Review Meeting”).
Quarterly Review Meetings. From and after the Effective Date, Trans Union and PRIMIS shall meet no less frequently than quarterly to review the status of joint marketing projects and other initiatives under this Agreement and to consider additional areas of cooperation.
Quarterly Review Meetings. Quarterly Review Meetings shall be arranged at a time and venue determined by the Employer/ the Engineer to generally review progress and outstanding issues in regard to the Contract and the Project. They shall be attended by the Project Manager and supervisory board members of the Contractor and MEP Subcontractor. The agenda for these meetings will be advised by the Employer/ the Engineer, at least 5 days in advance. The Engineer or his designated representative will chair the meeting, and prepare and distribute the minutes. Attendance shall be limited to the Contractor’s Key Staff Nos. (i) to (vii) as relevant, as listed in Clause A15 (9) (a) of this Section A of Volume 3.

  • Business Review Meetings In order to maintain the relationship between the Department and the Contractor, each quarter the Department may request a business review meeting. The business review meeting may include, but is not limited to, the following: • Successful completion of deliverables • Review of the Contractor’s performance • Review of minimum required reports • Addressing of any elevated Customer issues • Review of continuous improvement ideas that may help lower total costs and improve business efficiencies.

  • Quarterly Meetings a. The Parties must meet as frequently as necessary to ensure proper oversight of this MOU but not less frequently than quarterly, in order to address care coordination, Quality Improvement (“QI”) activities, QI outcomes, systemic and case- specific concerns, and communicating with others within their organizations about such activities. These meetings may be conducted virtually. b. Within 30 Working Days after each quarterly meeting, the Parties must each post on its website the date and time the quarterly meeting occurred, and, as applicable, distribute to meeting participants a summary of any follow-up action items or changes to processes that are necessary to fulfill the Parties’ obligations under the Medi-Cal Managed Care Contract, the DMC-ODS Intergovernmental Agreement, and this MOU. c. The Parties each must invite the other Party’s Responsible Person and appropriate program executives to participate in quarterly meetings to ensure appropriate committee representation, including a local presence, to discuss and address care coordination and MOU-related issues. The Parties’ Subcontractors and Downstream Subcontractors should be permitted to participate in these meetings, as appropriate. d. The Parties must report to DHCS updates from quarterly meetings in a manner and at a frequency specified by DHCS.
