Rate for ordering materials. (a) An all purpose allowance as set out in Appendix A per week extra shall be paid when an Employee is left in charge of a job which is of a duration of one week or more, and is required to order materials for a job on which two Employees (including the person receiving the extra payment) are engaged. (b) This amount shall only be paid when four or more days in a pay period are spent on such duties. For periods shorter than four days a minimum payment as set out in Appendix A per day shall be paid. (c) Provided that the above additional amount is not payable to any Employee receiving any of the leading hand rates.
