Common use of Rebuttal Clause in Contracts

Rebuttal. (1) After receiving an evaluation report, the employee may submit timely signed comments regarding the evaluation which shall be considered with the evaluation. Except as stated below, any complaint regarding an employee made by any person which may be used in any manner in evaluating an employee shall be investigated and called to the attention of the employee and the employee shall be given an opportunity to respond to and/or rebut such complaint.
