Family Medical Insurance Coverage a. The Board shall provide family medical insurance coverage under the District’s Medical Benefits Plan to full-time employees. For the District’s PPO Plan(s) and HMO Plan(s), the Board shall pay an amount equal to 88% of the premium. The premium paid by the Board shall cover the life contract. Overall coverage under the health insurance program shall be maintained at not less than the coverage in effect as of January 1, 2019, except as mutually agreed to by the Board and the Association.

Related to Family Medical Insurance Coverage

  • Medical Insurance Upon termination of employment, the Executive shall be entitled to all COBRA continuation benefits available under the Company's group health plans to similarly situated employees. To the extent permitted under Code Section 409A, during the applicable Payout Period, the Company shall provide such COBRA continuation benefits to the Executive at the active employee rates similarly situated employees must pay for such benefits. Upon the expiration of such Payout Period, the Executive will be responsible for paying the full COBRA premiums for the remaining COBRA continuation period.
