Common use of Recall Benefits Clause in Contracts

Recall Benefits. All benefits, to which an employee was entitled at the time of his/her layoff, including unused accumulated sick leave and seniority, will be restored to the employee upon his/her return to active employment and the employee will be placed on the salary schedule for the current position on the basis of the employee's previous experience.
