RECOGNITION AND BARGAINING UNIT. The Employer hereby recognizes the Union as the exclusive collective bargaining representative for the purposes stated in Chapter 41.56 RCW as last amended of all employees employed within the bargaining unit defined by the classifications listed in Appendices A, B, C, D, E and F to this Agreement. The Employer will notify the Union of newly created job classifications during the term of this agreement. After conferring with the Union, if no agreement is reached regarding inclusion of a job classification in the bargaining unit, the dispute will be referred to the Public Employment Relations Commission pursuant to 41.56
