RECOGNITION AND BARGAINING UNIT. 1.1 The City hereby recognizes the Union as the exclusive collective bargaining representative, for the purposes stated in Chapter 108, Extraordinary Session, Laws of 1967 of the State of Washington, of all regular, full-time employees whose job classifications are listed in Appendix A of this Agreement.
