RECOGNITION AND BARGAINING UNIT. 1.1 The District hereby recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative for all employees in the Maintenance/Operations and Campus Police Officers Unit, in accordance with the certification issued by the Educational Employment Relations Board on June 17, 1977, (Case No.l S - R498). 1.2 The Maintenance/Operations and Campus Police Officers Unit shall consist of the job classifications listed in Appendix A.
