RECOGNITION OF EXCLUSIVE REPRESENTATION. The Board hereby recognizes the South Xxxxxxxxxx Community Education Association as the exclusive representative of all teachers in the School Corporation.
RECOGNITION OF EXCLUSIVE REPRESENTATION. Section 1. Recognition - In accordance with PELRA, the School District recognizes Service Employees International Union Local 284 as the exclusive representative for custodians, groundskeepers and maintenance employees employed by the school board of Independent School District No. 110, which exclusive representative shall have those rights and duties as prescribed by XXXXX, and as described in the provisions of this agreement.

A. In accordance with PELRA, the School District recognizes the AEA as the Exclusive Representative for teachers in the Appropriate Unit, employed by the School District, which Exclusive Representative shall have those rights and duties as prescribed by XXXXX and as described in this Agreement.
B. In the event the membership of the Appropriate Unit selects an Exclusive Representative other than the Austin Education Association in accordance with the procedures found in M.S. 179A.12, then such new selection shall be considered the Exclusive Representative for all purposes herein.
C. The exclusive representative shall represent all teachers of the School District as defined in this Agreement and PELRA.
RECOGNITION OF EXCLUSIVE REPRESENTATION. 2.1 Recognition: In accordance with PELRA of 1971, as amended, the School Board recognizes the Federation as the exclusive representative for employees employed by the Intermediate District 287. The Federation shall have those rights and duties as prescribed by XXXXX of 1971, as amended, and as described in the provisions of this Contract.
