Recognition of Legal Picket Lines. An employee who feels that it would be harmful to cross a legally constituted picket line will make direct contact with the Company to advise of the circumstances with a view to identifying a method of safe passage. Employees will not be directed to cross such picket lines if doing so would be harmful to the employee or cause personal damage.
