RECOGNITION PAYMENT. Formula: For each performance, beginning with the first performance of the extended activity, calculate one-eighth (1/8) of thirty (30%) percent of either the original prorated contractual weekly fee or the stage’s prorated category minimum weekly fee, whichever is greater. Example: Director negotiated an $18,000 fee at a category “B” stage for 6 weeks of employment. Choose the greater of the following two: Original Prorated Contractual Wkly Fee: $18,000 ÷ 6 = $3000 Stage’s Prorated Category Minimum Wkly Fee: $14427 ÷ 5 = $2885 Calculate as follows: $3000 x 30% = $900 ÷ 8 = $113 RECOGNITION PAYMENT = $113 for each performance See Article X for Pension and Health requirements on recognition payments.

RECOGNITION PAYMENT. In recognition of PTA employees’ enhanced support for incident management and the positive implementation of revised organisational structures, all PTA employees will receive a one-off payment of $3500. This payment will be pro-rata based on FTE.
RECOGNITION PAYMENT. In consideration for the promises made in this Agreement, the Bank agrees to pay Employee a recognition payment in the gross amount of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00), payable in one lump sum on the first payroll date as is administratively practicable following the Effective Date (as defined in Section 10 below). The amount paid hereunder shall be subject to all applicable reporting and withholding as required by law and to any other applicable payroll deductions.

  • Contribution Payment To the extent the indemnification provided for under any provision of this Agreement is determined (in the manner hereinabove provided) not to be permitted under applicable law, the Company, in lieu of indemnifying Indemnitee, shall, to the extent permitted by law, contribute to the amount of any and all Indemnifiable Liabilities incurred or paid by Indemnitee for which such indemnification is not permitted. The amount the Company contributes shall be in such proportion as is appropriate to reflect the relative fault of Indemnitee, on the one hand, and of the Company and any and all other parties (including officers and directors of the Company other than Indemnitee) who may be at fault (collectively, including the Company, the "Third Parties"), on the other hand.

  • Separation Payment An ASF Member shall be compensated at the final rate of pay for all unused, accumulated vacation, leave time upon separation from state service, or movement to a vacation ineligible position. An employee on an unpaid leave of absence of more than one (1) year for a purpose other than accepting an unclassified position in state civil service, or an employee on layoff that results in separation from service, may elect to be compensated at the final rate of pay for unused accumulated vacation leave. This accumulated vacation payout shall not exceed two hundred and seventy-five (275) hours, except in the case of the ASF Member's death.   • Termination Payment The final payment delivered to the Certificateholders on the Termination Date pursuant to the procedures set forth in Section 9.01(b).

  • Retention Payment 6.4.1 There are two situations in which an employee may be eligible to receive a retention payment. These are total facility closures and relocation of work units.

  • Termination Payments In the event of termination of the Executive’s employment during the Employment Period, all compensation and benefits set forth in this Agreement shall terminate except as specifically provided in this Section 8.

  • Separation Payments Following Executive’s separation from service with Company on or after his Vesting Date (as defined in Section 7), Company shall pay to Executive the sum of THIRTY-FOUR THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SEVEN and 04/100 Dollars ($34,207.04) per month, beginning six months and one week after Executive’s date of separation for a period of ten (10) years, or until Executive’s death, whichever first occurs (the “Separation Payments”). Such payments shall be subject to any and all applicable withholding, Social Security, employment, income and other taxes or assessments, if any, under the applicable tax law. If Executive should die during the ten-year period during which payments are being made under this Paragraph 3, then those payments shall terminate and future payments, if any, shall be made to Executive’s designated beneficiary(ies) or Executive’s estate in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 4 of this Agreement.

  • Compensation Payable If the Servicer shall resign or be terminated, the Servicer shall continue to be entitled to all accrued and unpaid compensation payable to the Servicer through the date of such termination as specified in Section 4.09 of this Agreement.

  • Retention Payments Executive shall be eligible to earn each Retention Payment listed below, by: (a) being employed on the date listed next to the Retention Payment; (b) not being in a PIP Period (“PIP Period” is defined in Paragraph 4(a) below) on the date listed next to the Retention Payment; and (c) if Executive has resigned or been given notice of termination without Cause (“Cause” is defined in Paragraph 4(b) below) but remains employed during a notice period, assisting in an Orderly Transition of Duties (“Orderly Transition of Duties” is defined in Paragraph 4(c) below).   • Non-Payment The Borrower or any other Loan Party fails to pay (i) when and as required to be paid herein, any amount of principal of any Loan or any L/C Obligation, or (ii) within three days after the same becomes due, any interest on any Loan or on any L/C Obligation, or any fee due hereunder, or (iii) within five days after the same becomes due, any other amount payable hereunder or under any other Loan Document; or
