Reconnections. When you want reconnection after we’ve discontinued your supply (or if it has been disconnected due to a safety or emergency issue) - just call us. We will let you know the procedure for reconnection. In some circumstances we may require you to:  pay all outstanding amounts (except when you have notified us of a genuine dispute);  pay a bond on your account;  pay a service fee;  pay any costs incurred in collecting your outstanding account; and/or  agree to a payment plan or other conditions as are reasonable in the particular circumstances. If we have disconnected your supply for non-payment you are required to pay $20 disconnection fee and all outstanding xxxx payments when applying for reconnection. If you satisfy our reasonable requirements for reconnection and make the payments on or before 12.00 noon, we will restore your electricity supply free of any additional charge on the same day. If you make the payments after 12.00 noon, your power supply will be reconnected on the next business day. However, if you pay your arrears after 12.00 noon and require the power supply on the same day, you will be required to pay extra $20 reconnection fee in addition to the $20 disconnection fee. This extra charge is to cover after working hour’s costs of getting you reconnected.

Reconnections.  Within 6 hrs of the request  Feedback to be given by the end of each day  15H30 each day is the cut-off time  If the works order is received by the contractor before 15:30 the reconnection must be done the same day.  If after 15:30 then the reconnection must be done by 09:30 the following day.  If Eskom request the work to by done after 15:30 then the Contractor will receive the afterhours call out rate.  The contractor will not be expected to react to call outs which are received after 21:30.  Weekends will be deemed to start at 15:30 on a Friday and end at 7:45 on a Monday. The period between the timelines specified as well as Public holidays are considered to be “after hours” and payment will be affected accordingly.  Eskom will instruct the Contractor where possible in advance of the actual date the service is required.  The Contractor will perform the service within 24hours of the requested date.  Within 24 hrs of the request  Note: Contractor will not be paid for a special read if the original reading is inaccurate due to the Contractor’s negligence or failure to comply to contract Scope of Work.

  • Reconnection The Parties shall cooperate with each other to restore the Small Generating Facility, Interconnection Facilities, and the New York State Transmission System and Distribution System to their normal operating state as soon as reasonably practicable following a temporary disconnection.

  • Connections HTC”s responsibility for service ends at the demarcation point. “Demarcation” means the point of meeting where the “hand-off” occurs between HTC’s system and Customer’s system.   • Disconnection Upon termination of this Agreement, Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner will take all appropriate steps to disconnect the Developer’s Large Generating Facility from the New York State Transmission System. All costs required to effectuate such disconnection shall be borne by the terminating Party, unless such termination resulted from the non-terminating Party’s Default of this Agreement or such non-terminating Party otherwise is responsible for these costs under this Agreement.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner. 4.1.2 The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for its share of all reasonable expenses, including overheads, associated with (1) owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing its own Interconnection Facilities, and
