Reconstruction Procedures. As part of the Services, Supplier shall be responsible for developing and maintaining procedures for the reconstruction of lost Kraft Data which are (i) no less rigorous than those maintained by Kraft as of the Effective Date (or implemented by Kraft in the future to the extent deemed necessary by Kraft), and (ii) no less rigorous than those maintained by Supplier for its own information of a similar nature.
Reconstruction Procedures. As part of the Services, HP-OMS shall be responsible for developing and maintaining procedures for the reconstruction of lost Customer Data which arein accordance with Customer's security policy to be established as described in Exhibit D-.
Reconstruction Procedures. As part of the Services, Supplier shall be responsible for developing and maintaining procedures for the reconstruction of lost ABM Data which are (i) no less rigorous than those maintained by ABM as of the Commencement Date (or implemented by ABM in the future to the extent reasonably deemed necessary by ABM and communicated in writing to Supplier), and (ii) no less rigorous than those maintained by Supplier for its own information of a similar nature.
Reconstruction Procedures. As part of the Services, CSC shall be responsible for developing and maintaining commercially reasonable procedures for the reconstruction of destroyed, lost or altered Sears Data, including any procedures Table of Contents explicitly set forth in this Agreement. If and to the extent that such destruction, loss or alteration was caused by CSC, its Affiliates, CSC Personnel, any CSC Provided System or CSC Managed System, CSC shall be responsible for the cost of restoring such data.
Reconstruction Procedures. As part of the Services, Service Provider shall be responsible for developing and maintaining procedures for the reconstruction of lost County Data which are (i) no less rigorous than those maintained by County as of the Commencement Date (or implemented by County in the future to the extent deemed necessary by County) and (ii) no less rigorous than those maintained by Service Provider for its own information of a similar nature. Service Provider shall restore all destroyed, lost or altered County Data using generally accepted data restoration techniques. In addition, if Service Provider, its Affiliates or subcontractors or other Service Provider Personnel has caused the destruction, loss or alteration of any County Data, Service Provider shall be responsible for the cost of restoring such data. Service Provider shall at all times adhere to the procedures and safeguards specified in this Section and shall correct (including any required back-up or restoration of data from scheduled backups, or if not available on such backups, restoration by other means with County’s reasonable cooperation), at no charge to County, any destruction, loss or alteration of any County Data attributable to any error or breach of this Agreement due to Service Provider or Service Provider Personnel. Service Provider shall promptly correct any errors or inaccuracies in the County Data and the reports (1) caused by Service Provider, its Affiliates or subcontractors or (2) as required to comply with applicable Service Levels.
Reconstruction Procedures. As part of the Services, the Contractor is responsible for developing and maintaining procedures for the reconstruction of lost DEC Data which are:

As part of the Services, Service Provider shall be responsible for developing and maintaining procedures for the reconstruction of lost Allegheny Data which are (i) no less rigorous than those maintained by Allegheny as of the Effective Date (or implemented by Allegheny in the future to the extent deemed necessary by Allegheny), and (ii) no less rigorous than those maintained by Service Provider for its own information of a similar nature. As soon as practicable following the Effective Date, Service Provider shall provide Allegheny with copies of Service Provider’s procedures for the reconstruction of lost Allegheny Data for Allegheny’s review and approval. Allegheny will provide Service Provider with access to Allegheny’s existing documentation, and Service Provider will document all of Allegheny’s procedures for the reconstruction of lost Allegheny Data in the Policy and Procedures Manual (as supplemented by or replaced with those Service Provider procedures that are approved by Allegheny).
Reconstruction Procedures. Vendor shall be responsible for developing and maintaining procedures for the reconstruction of destroyed, lost or altered Oncor Data which are (i) no less rigorous than those maintained by Oncor as of the applicable Services Agreement Commencement Date and (ii) no less rigorous than those maintained by Vendor for its own and other customers' information of a similar nature as the same may be amended and modified from time to time.
Reconstruction Procedures. At the Triad Facilities, as part of the Services, Supplier shall be responsible for developing and maintaining procedures for the reconstruction of lost Triad Data which are (i) no less rigorous than those maintained by Triad as of the Effective Date (or, subject to Section 9.6, implemented by Triad in the future), and (ii) subject to Section 9.6, no less rigorous than those maintained by Supplier for similarly situated customers. At Supplier Facilities, as part of the Services, Supplier shall be responsible for developing and maintaining procedures for the reconstruction of lost Triad Data which are, subject to the back-up retention schedule described in Schedule E.6, as subsequently modified, (i) no less rigorous than those maintained by Triad as of the Effective Date (or, subject to Section 9.6, implemented by Triad in the future), and (ii) no less rigorous than those maintained by Supplier for similarly situated customers.
