Supplier Facilities definition

Supplier Facilities means, individually and collectively, the facilities owned or leased by Supplier (or its Affiliates or Subcontractors) from which Supplier (or its Affiliates or Subcontractors) provides any Services.
Supplier Facilities means smelters owned by the Supplier or any other smelters that produce LME registered brand aluminum (other than smelters located in India, Egypt or Iran).
Supplier Facilities means the facilities of the Supplier located in any of the following locations, to be selected at the Supplier's option:

  • If the Supplier wishes at any time to deliver Metal hereunder to the Purchaser from a source other than the facilities named in the definition of "Supplier Facilities" herein, it may do so provided such Metal complies with the Specifications and the Purchaser has confirmed in writing that the source of such Metal is acceptable to it.

  • In determining the Estimated Annual Capacity and the Estimated Monthly Capacity, in each case, the Supplier shall take into account actual operating days in the relevant Contract Year or month, as applicable (taking into account planned shutdowns of the Supplier Facilities), existing commitments of the Supplier for supply to other Persons, and seasonal factors affecting the Supplier's capacity.

  • Following the same principles, a person’s right to access and use library resources will not be denied or abridged because of origin, race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, background, human condition, or views.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, Supplier shall provide (i) all maintenance, site management, site administration and similar services for the Supplier Facilities, (ii) uninterrupted power supply services for the Supplier Facilities and for the Software, Equipment and Systems in Kraft Facilities as designated in Schedule 7.1 and (iii) telecommunications transport (voice and data) between Supplier Facilities and Kraft Sites and Facilities.

Supplier Facilities means the facilities owned or leased by Supplier and from which the Supplier will provide any Services as specifically identified in a Services Agreement.

System shall include all Systems in use as of the Supplement Effective Date, all additions, modifications, substitutions, Upgrades or enhancements to such Systems and all Systems installed or developed by or for Ascension Health or Supplier following the Supplement Effective Date. “Systems Software” means all software programs and programming (and all modifications, replacements, Upgrades, enhancements, documentation, materials and media related thereto) that perform tasks basic to the functioning of the Equipment and are required to operate the Applications Software or otherwise support the provision of Services by Supplier, including operating systems, systems utilities, data security software, compilers, performance monitoring and testing tools and database managers, to the extent a Party has financial or operational responsibility for such programs or programming under the applicable Su...
