AT&T Data definition

AT&T Data means any data or information (i) of AT&T or its customers that is disclosed or provided to Supplier by, or otherwise obtained by Supplier from, AT&T or its customers, including Customer Information and customer proprietary network information (as that term is defined in Section 222 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. §222), as well as data and information with respect to the businesses, customers, operations, networks, systems, facilities, products, rates, regulatory compliance, competitors, consumer markets, assets, expenditures, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, collections, revenues and finances of AT&T; and (ii) not supplied by AT&T or its customers, but created, generated, collected or harvested by Supplier either (a) in furtherance of this Agreement or an Order hereunder or (b) as a result of Supplier having access to AT&T infrastructure, systems, data, hardware, software or processes (for example, through data processing input and output, service level measurements, or ascertainment of network and system information). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Parties agree that “AT&T Data” shall not be deemed to include material or software (I) created or owned by Amdocs prior to execution of this Agreement, (II) provided under license from third parties by Amdocs prior to execution of this Agreement, (III) created by Amdocs or third parties after execution of this Agreement for a client other than AT&T or (IV) that Supplier owns in accordance with this Agreement or as agreed by the Parties in an Order.
AT&T Data means any data or information of AT&T or any Eligible Recipient, and any data or information of the customers of AT&T or any Eligible Recipient, that is provided to or obtained by Supplier in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, including CPNI, data and information with respect to the businesses, customer, operations, facilities, products, rates, regulatory compliance, competitors, consumer markets, assets, expenditures, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, billings, collections, revenues and finances of AT&T or any Eligible Recipient. AT&T Data also means any such data or information created, generated, collected or processed by Supplier in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, including data processing input and output, service level measurements, AT&T asset information, AT&T's third-party service and product agreements, contract charges and retained and Pass-Through expenses.

  • With regard to the types of data within the definition of AT&T Data Assets, this section is intended to supplement, but not to amend or alter, the other applicable provisions of this Agreement (e.g., provisions related to AT&T Information, Customer Information, DISR, Restricted Activities, etc.).

  • Nothing in this Section 6.3 shall be deemed to limit LICENSOR’s rights to use AT&T Data in aggregated form as set forth in Section 6.1 above.

  • At AT&T’s request, Motricity shall remove from the AT&T account any personnel of Motricity that AT&T believes is not treating AT&T Data in a manner consistent with terms of this Section 11.2.1. The terms of this Section 11.2.1 provision shall not apply to such AT&T Data as are publicly available, independently developed by Motricity or rightfully obtained from third parties.

  • Except as expressly provided to the contrary in this Agreement, as between DSI and DSI MSO Dealer, DIRECTV owns all rights in and to AT&T Data Assets and AT&T Derived Information.

  • AT&T Personal Data shall mean that portion of AT&T Data that is subject to any Privacy Laws.

AT&T Data means all information relating to use of the AT&T Service (i) collected by AT&T from a User; (ii) collected by Customer on behalf of or at the direction of AT&T from a User; or (iii) collected by either Party if such data includes or utilizes AT&T Network Information.

The terms and conditions of Agreement No. 02026713 as previously amended in all other respects remain unmodified and in full force and effect.
