AT&T Data definition

AT&T Data means any data or information of AT&T or any Eligible Recipient, and any data or information of the customers of AT&T or any Eligible Recipient, that is provided to or obtained by Amdocs in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, including [**] and information with respect to the businesses, customer, operations, facilities, products, rates, regulatory compliance, competitors, consumer markets, assets, expenditures, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, billings, collections, revenues and finances of AT&T or any Eligible Recipient. AT&T Data also means any data or information created, generated, collected or processed by Amdocs in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, including data processing input and output, service level measurements, asset information, third party service and product agreements, contract charges and retained and Pass-Through expenses.
AT&T Data means any data or information (i) of AT&T or its customers that is disclosed or provided to Supplier by, or otherwise obtained by Supplier from, AT&T or its customers, including Customer Information and customer proprietary network information (as that term is defined in Section 222 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. §222), as well as data This Agreement and information contained therein is not for use or disclosure outside of the parties to this agreement except under written agreement of the parties. AT&T Agreement No. 53258.A.005 and information with respect to the businesses, customers, operations, networks, systems, facilities, products, rates, regulatory compliance, competitors, consumer markets, assets, expenditures, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, xxxxxxxx, collections, revenues and finances of AT&T; and (ii) not supplied by AT&T or its customers, but created, generated, collected or harvested by Supplier either (a) in furtherance of this Agreement or an Order hereunder or (b) as a result of Supplier having access to AT&T infrastructure, systems, data, hardware, software or processes (for example, through data processing input and output, service level measurements, or ascertainment of network and system information). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Parties agree that “AT&T Data” shall not be deemed to include material or software (I) created or owned by Amdocs prior to execution of this Agreement, (II) provided under license from third parties by Amdocs prior to execution of this Agreement, (III) created by Amdocs or third parties after execution of this Agreement for a client other than AT&T or (IV) that Supplier owns in accordance with this Agreement or as agreed by the Parties in an Order.
AT&T Data means any data or information (i) of AT&T or its customers, that is disclosed or provided to Supplier by, or otherwise obtained by Supplier from, AT&T or any of its customers, including Customer Information and customer proprietary network information (as that term is defined in Section 222 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. §222), as well as data and information with respect to the businesses, customers, operations, networks, systems, facilities, products, rates, regulatory compliance, competitors, consumer markets, assets, expenditures, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, xxxxxxxx, collections, revenues and finances of AT&T; and (ii) not supplied by AT&T or any of its customers but created, generated, collected or harvested by Supplier either (a) in furtherance of this Agreement or an Order hereunder or (b) as a result of Supplier’s having access to AT&T infrastructure, systems, data, hardware, software or processes (for example, through data processing input and output, service level measurements, or ascertainment of network and system information).

Examples of AT&T Data in a sentence

  • AT&T Data shall not be (a) utilized by Customer for any purpose other than as required to fulfill its obligations under this Pricing Schedule, (b) sold, assigned, leased, commercially exploited or otherwise provided to or accessed by third parties, whether by or on behalf of Customer, (c) withheld from AT&T by Customer, or (d) used by Customer to assert any lien or other right against or to it.

  • No transfer of title in AT&T Data to Customer is implied or shall occur under this Pricing Schedule.

  • Customer shall promptly notify AT&T if Customer believes that any use of AT&T Data by Customer contemplated under this Pricing Schedule or to be undertaken as part of the performance of this Pricing Schedule is inconsistent with the preceding sentence.

  • Notwithstanding that such data is similar or identical, AT&T will own the AT&T Data and Customer will own the Customer Data.

  • The Parties acknowledge that some AT&T Data and Customer Data might be identical or substantially similar even though it was separately gathered or acquired by each Party individually.


More Definitions of AT&T Data

AT&T Data means any data or information of AT&T or its customers, that is disclosed or provided to Supplier by, or otherwise obtained by Supplier from, AT&T or its customers, including Customer Information and customer proprietary network information (as that term is defined in Section 222 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. 222), as well as data and information with respect to the businesses, customers, operations, networks, systems, facilities, products, rates, regulatory compliance, competitors, consumer markets, assets, expenditures, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, xxxxxxxx, collections, revenues and finances of AT&T.
AT&T Data means all information relating to use of the AT&T Service (i) collected by AT&T from a User; (ii) collected by Customer on behalf of or at the direction of AT&T from a User; or (iii) collected by either Party if such data includes or utilizes AT&T Network Information.
AT&T Data means (a) AT&T Personal Information, and (b) Other AT&T User Information.
AT&T Data means any data or information (i) of AT&T or its customers, that is disclosed or provided to Company by, or otherwise obtained by Company from, AT&T or any of its customers, including any customer proprietary network information (as that term is defined in Section 222 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. §222) and Subscriber Information, as well as data and information with respect to the businesses, customers, operations, networks, systems, facilities, products, rates, regulatory compliance, competitors, consumer markets, assets, expenditures, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, xxxxxxxx, collections, revenues and finances of AT&T; and (ii) not supplied by AT&T or any of its customers but created, generated, collected or harvested by Company either
AT&T Data means any data or information (i) of AT&T or its customers, that is disclosed or provided to Subcontractor by, or otherwise obtained by Subcontractor from, AT&T or its customers, including Customer Information and customer proprietary network information (as that term is defined in Section 222 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. §222), as well as data and information with respect to the businesses, customers, operations, networks, systems, facilities, products, rates, regulatory compliance, competitors, consumer markets, assets, expenditures, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, xxxxxxxx, collections, revenues and finances of AT&T; and (ii) not supplied by AT&T or its customers, but created, generated, collected or harvested by Subcontractor either (a) in furtherance of this Agreement or an Order hereunder (b) as a result of Subcontractor having access to AT&T infrastructure, systems, data, hardware, software or processes (for example, through data processing input and output, service level measurements, or ascertainment of network and system information). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Parties agree that “AT&T Data” shall (1) not be deemed to include material or software (A)(I) created or owned by Amdocs prior to execution of the Prime Contract (II) provided under license from third parties by Amdocs prior to execution of the Amdocs (III) created by Amdocs or third parties after execution of the Prime Contract for a client other than AT&T or (B) that Amdocs owns in accordance with the Prime Contractor as agreed by Amdocs and AT&T in a Work Order, and (2) be deemed to include material or software that is derived from the performance and operation of AT&T Data or AT&T Proprietary Information.
