Record and transcripts. All Labor Relations Panel hearings must be recorded and all evidence admitted shall be marked and identified and made part of the record of the hearing. If a petition for judicial review is filed, a party requesting a transcript shall notify the City Attorney of the request and pay half the estimated cost. The Legal Department will then make arrangements to have the record transcribed. The parties shall each pay half the costs of the transcript.   • Transcripts When CONTRACTOR is a nonpublic school, CONTRACTOR, at the close of each semester or upon LEA student transfer, shall prepare transcripts for LEA pupils in grades nine through twelve inclusive, and submit them on LEA approved forms to the LEA pupil’s district of residence, for evaluation of progress toward completion of diploma requirements, or if appropriate, a Certificate of Completion, as specified in LEA Procedures. CONTRACTOR shall submit to the LEA names of LEA pupils and their schools of residence for whom transcripts have been submitted as specified by the LEA.
