Record Drawings and Other Documents. Upon Substantial Completion of the Venue Improvements Work, City shall furnish to Club (i) three (3) copies of the as-built drawings that the Contractor delivers to City under the Venue Construction Contract with respect to the Venue Improvements Work; and (ii) three (3) copies of the operating and maintenance data binders supplied by the Contractor under the Venue Construction Contract.

Record Drawings and Other Documents. Upon completion of any Project Improvements Work or any Material Additional Work, Owner shall furnish to City (i) one (1) complete, electronic set of record drawings (prepared in accordance with the Project Design Contract in the case of the Project Improvements Work, and in accordance with accepted industry standards, to the extent appropriate considering the work performed in the case of any Material Additional Work in question) and (ii) copies of all Governmental Authorizations required for the use, occupancy and operation of all aspects and areas of the Complex Site in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, including all Governmental Authorizations required to be issued to Owner or its Affiliates to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement, it being understood that some or all of the foregoing drawings and copies may be furnished in electronic form (portable document format, a/k/a .pdf).

Monitoring Quality & Objectiveness of Field Personnel – Our construction supervisors routinely check the files and performance of our construction inspectors. Regular training meetings are conducted at which changes in rules and regulations are discussed. Of critical importance are the storm water compliance rules and the requirements of the general construction permit on City projects. Public RelationsPublic works projects that impact residents and businesses present unique, non- technical challenges which must be addressed throughout the life of a project. Interwest staff will work closely with these stakeholders to make them aware of the project, its status and any changes that are made. Our assigned staff possesses the non-technical skill set needed to navigate the public relations arena. Construction Inspections (Including SWPP Compliance) – Our Inspector, as well as any other field personnel performing services will document all work, quantities, contractor and subcontractor personnel and equipment, visitors, and field orders on a daily basis.   • Submission of Reports and Other Documents Service Provider shall submit all reports and other documents as and when specified in the Scope of Work. This information shall be subject to review by the City, and if found to be unacceptable, Service Provider shall correct and deliver to the City any deficient Work at Service Provider’s expense with all practical dispatch. Service Provider shall abide by the City’s determinations concerning acceptability of Work.
