Training Meetings. Attendance is mandatory at all Safety and Health training meetings. Whenever possible an employee will attend training meetings during regular working hours with the approval of his/her immediate supervisor. When it is necessary, as determined by the supervisor, for an employee to attend a training meeting on his/her own time, the employee will be compensated at his/her hourly rate for all hours in excess of five (5). Disciplinary procedures for non-compliance can include verbal reprimands, notifications to be placed in personnel file, time off without pay, and dismissal.

Training Meetings. An employee will be paid his regular rate when required to attend a mandatory meeting or training session during regular working hours. Workloads will be re- adjusted to ensure that a 40-hour week is maintained.
Training Meetings. 2 When employees are required to attend meetings with the District for the purpose of 3 orientation and/or training, said employees shall receive their regular rates of pay.
Training Meetings. Where an employee undertakes training required by the Company it will be at the Company's expense and as far as practicable in the employee's usual working time and the employee will not lose pay for attendance or travel costs associated with such training. The Company is to roster employees for attendance at training during rostered working hours, where practicable. Training attended during an employee's rostered working hours will be paid as per normal rate of pay for those hours, had they otherwise been worked. Where an employee seeks to undertake further training and development that is consistent with the needs of the Company the Company will provide assistance to the employee, subject to approval.
Training Meetings. Attend training/meetings as requested or mandated by HSA. Training/meetings will be scheduled no more than twice per year and will last no more than two hours each. County will not pay Contractor for time, travel and any other costs associated with the training/meeting.

If an employee is required to attend a meeting or training session during a non- scheduled workday, such employee shall be entitled to receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay at the straight time rate. When an overtime condition exists, the employee shall be paid this minimum four (4) hour pay in accordance with Article 16. 2. If an employee is required to attend a meeting or training session immediately preceding or following such employee's scheduled workday, compensation shall be on a straight time basis for the actual time of the meeting or training session except when overtime conditions exist. Training Meetings. 1) The content of all training meetings should be consistent with Unicity Policies and Procedures, including, but not limited to, Section 6 relating to Promotion of Unicity Products and Business Opportunity, and may not involve religions, politics, or unrelated business opportunities, and may not contain any statement which may harm other individuals or systems/lines of sponsorship. 2) No Distributor shall require other Distributors to pay a fee incommensurate with the costs of holding an event or similar activity, or to profit therefrom. a) A summary of the account substantiating no profit was earned at the training meeting, or in conjunction wherewith, must be submitted to Unicity upon its request within five (5) business days. b) For any training meeting of 200 or more participants, the event organizer must submit their meeting plans to the local Unicity sales and marketing manager before any tickets can be sold. The required details to be submitted are as follows: (i) Event organizer (ii) Venue (name, address and maximum seating capacity). A detailed list of all expected costs to hold the training event. (iii) Expected number of participants (iv) Proposed ticket price (v) Costs reasonably anticipated to be associated with event (vi) List of expected speakers and topics. 3) Unicity will review the detailed list of expected costs, expected number of participants, and the proposed ticket price to determine if acceptable. Once approval for a training meeting has been granted and ticket sales commence, Unicity requires a proper VAT invoice for each meeting ticket sold. Copies of invoices must be maintained and made readily available within a reasonable time to Unicity upon request.

Training Meetings. The company is to roster employees for attendance during working hours at designated Company training sessions and meetings that shall cover First Aid training, Fire Extinguisher training, Emergency Drills Training, Confined Space Entry Training, health Assessments and the Safety Committee 4 day training course. Except for Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays, all time spent attending designated Company training sessions and meetings shall be paid at ordinary time rates. A minimum of 4 hours shall be paid for any training outside of normal ordinary hours of work. If an employee is required to attend training that is held off site, and that training results in the employee having to travel a greater distance than he/she would normally travel to his/her normal place of work, the employee shall be paid the extra distance at the rate applicable under the Metal Engineering & Associated Industries (State) Award.

  • Joint Meetings 10.1(a) Should either party desire to discuss with the other any matter affecting generally the relationship of the parties, a meeting of Union and management representatives shall be arranged upon request of either party.   • Membership Meetings At the request of the Union the University agrees to grant a two (2) hour period twice a calendar year for purposes of a regular membership meeting. The University agrees to grant time off from work without loss of pay to those Employees regularly scheduled to work during that time.

  • Open Meetings (a) All scheduled meetings of the Employer shall be open meetings, except in those cases where personnel, financial or other matters require that the meeting be considered confidential. (b) In those cases where a meeting is designated confidential, the Union shall be provided with a reason for such designation. (c) A designated member of the Union shall be provided a copy of the agenda and minutes of all open meetings. (d) Notwithstanding 18.04(b), any faculty member may request that an Union representative attend as an observer at meetings where the faculty member reasonably believes their working conditions under Article 12 will be affected.   • Review Meetings During the review meetings the Project Managers shall discuss progress made by the Contractor in the performance of this Contract.   • Member Meetings (a) There shall be no meetings of the Members unless called by the Board or as otherwise specifically required by the Delaware Act. The Delaware Court of Chancery may issue such orders as may be appropriate, including orders designating the time and place of such meeting, the record date for determination of Members entitled to vote, and the form of notice of such meeting. (d) No Members or group of Members, acting in its or their capacity as Members, shall have the right to call a meeting of the Members.
