City Projects. 4.2.1 The CITY shall pay an estimated total of $519,600 for the cost of the 209th WATERLINE PROJECT and 209th SANITARY SEWER PROJECT, as described in Section 1.6 and Section 1.7. Specific 209th WATERLINE PROJECT and 209th PUBLIC WORKS PROJECT costs are shown in Exhibit A and are estimated as follows: i. Waterline Design and Construction Costs $384,000 ii. Sanitary Sewer Design and Construction Costs $32,000 iii. Gateway Sign Foundation Construction $10,000 iv. Construction Administration and Management $54,600 (15% of i and ii) v. Mobilization & Traffic Control (12% of i and ii) $39,000 4.2.2 CITY and COUNTY understand that the costs outlined above are estimates and are used to determine project budgets and estimated payments amount used within this Agreement. Final costs will be based on the actual contract amount realized. Final payments made by the CITY to the COUNTY for the CITY PROJECTS shall be based on actual bid prices, construction quantities and non-construction costs. 4.2.3 In the event the CITY and COUNTY agree to design and construction changes that will eliminate or reduce the scope and extent of the CITY PROJECTS, the CITY will pay for COUNTY’s cost for re-design and/or construction change orders. 4.2.4 Within sixty (60) days of execution of the COUNTY’s 209TH PROJECT construction contract, CITY shall deposit with the COUNTY the sum of $519,600. COUNTY shall send CITY quarterly statements during project construction indicating the itemized amount incurred for the CITY PROJECTS and the amount due. Quarterly statements will not be sent to the CITY if no CITY PROJECTS work is performed. Upon depletion of the $519,600 deposited under this section, the quarterly statement shall include the itemized amount due from CITY for the CITY PROJECT work. CITY shall pay COUNTY the amount due within thirty (30) days of its receipt of this billing. Any CITY deposited funds remaining upon completion of the CITY PROJECTS, shall be refunded to the CITY within sixty (60) days.

City Projects. The term
City Projects. Company, at no additional charge, shall accommodate City’s reasonable written request to provide collection, disposal and recycling services for solid waste and recyclables from the Aquatic Center Project as well as all materials at the City Maintenance Yard. All material generated by all other City Projects shall be the responsibility of the contractor providing the work for the City to follow the City’s C&D procedures.
City Projects. COUNTY will be solely responsible for choosing the HOME projects and program proposals within the CITY to receive HOME funds. Proposals for projects within the CITY shall be required to conform to the same qualification requirements as all other project proposals under the COUNTY’s Notice of Available Funding (NOFA) process during the County Program Expenditure Years under the term of the CONSORTIUM AGREEMENT. The same process will be utilized for the review, selection, approval and development oversight of projects within the CITY as will be used for the other members of the Consortium. Eligible proposals for projects within the CITY must be submitted in response to the COUNTY’s NOFA process, resulting in the ability to commit funds per HUD Regulations to eligible projects during the corresponding County Program Expenditure Year for an annual award. If eligible proposals are not submitted pursuant to said NOFA process, the COUNTY may allocate the CITY’S EQUIVALENT SHARE to qualifying project proposals outside of the CITY’s jurisdiction in lieu of forfeiting said allocation back to HUD. COUNTY will provide quarterly reports on the status of projects and programs funded within the CITY.
City Projects. The City Projects shall include (i) the Stadium, (ii) the City Parking Decks, (iii) the Hotel, (iv) the Conference Facilities, (v) the infrastructure allocated to the City in the Master Plan for Infrastructure, and (vi) the Riverfront Park improvements, and the Development plan for the City Projects shall be executed subject to and in accordance with the following terms and provisions and the Zoning Regulations. Material changes to the project detail set forth below shall only be allowed with the written consent of the City, Greenstone, the Team Owner, and Hotel Developer, as applicable to each of their areas of responsibility and obligation, with such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. The budget numbers for each component of the City Projects are set forth under the Sources of Funds in the Sources and Uses of Funds table on Exhibit I and are intended as estimates and are not intended to establish a minimum amount of investment by the City. The City will be deemed to have met its obligations with respect to the development costs anticipated for the Hotel so long as the City causes to be made a cumulative minimum capital investment equal to the Non- Greenstone Private Capital Investment and such Hotel is deemed by the Master Developer and the City to be consistent with the Master Plan.

Related to City Projects

  • Project 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • Access to Project Site Redeveloper shall permit the representatives of the City to enter Project Site at any and all reasonable times, as the City may deem necessary for the purposes of this Redevelopment Agreement, including but not limited to work and inspection of all work being performed in connection with the construction of the Redeveloper Improvements. Similarly, the City shall permit Redeveloper such entry upon the public rights of way for such purposes. No compensation shall be payable nor shall any charges be made in any form by any party for the access or inspection provided for in this Section. The City’s right of access granted under this Section shall terminate upon issuance by the City of the Redeveloper’s Certificate of Completion of Redeveloper Improvements. Notwithstanding the above, Redeveloper shall not be relieved of the provisions contained in Chapter 14.29 of the Lincoln Municipal Code regarding the use of streets for private construction purposes.

  • Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer’s device for the production of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Projects There shall be a thirty (30) km free zone around the projects excluding the Metro Vancouver Area. For local residents, kilometers shall be paid from the boundary of the free zone around the project. Workers employed by any contractor within an identified free zone who resides outside of that same free zone will be paid according to the Kilometer Chart from the project to their residence less thirty

  • County Project Manager The County shall appoint a Project Manager to act as liaison with Contractor during the term of this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall coordinate the activities of the County staff assigned to work with the Contractor.

  • Project Site The “Project Site” is the place where the Work is being carried on.

  • Access to Properties Subject to the rights of Tenants, Borrower shall permit agents, representatives and employees of Lender to inspect the Properties or any part thereof at reasonable hours upon reasonable advance notice.

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.

  • MAINTENANCE OF THE SAID BUILDING / APARTMENT / PROJECT The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the project by the association of the allottees. The cost of such maintenance has been included in the Total Price of the [Apartment/Plot].

  • Infrastructure Infrastructure serves as the foundation and building blocks of an integrated IT solution. It is the hardware which supports Application Services (C.3.2) and IT Management Services (C.3.3); the software and services which enable that hardware to function; and the hardware, software, and services which allow for secure communication and interoperability between all business and application service components. Infrastructure services facilitate the development and maintenance of critical IT infrastructures required to support Federal government business operations. This section includes the technical framework components that make up integrated IT solutions. One or any combination of these components may be used to deliver IT solutions intended to perform a wide array of functions which allow agencies to deliver services to their customers (or users), whether internal or external, in an efficient and effective manner. Infrastructure includes hardware, software, licensing, technical support, and warranty services from third party sources, as well as technological refreshment and enhancements for that hardware and software. This section is aligned with the FEA/DoDEA Technical Reference Model (TRM) which describes these components using a vocabulary that is common throughout the entire Federal government. A detailed review of the TRM is provided in Section J, Attachment 5. Infrastructure includes complete life cycle support for all hardware, software, and services represented above, including planning, analysis, research and development, design, development, integration and testing, implementation, operations and maintenance, information assurance, and final disposition of these components. The services also include administration and help desk functions necessary to support the IT infrastructure (e.g., desktop support, network administration).
