Recording Hours. Upon implementation by other employee groups, all hours will be recorded in fifteen (15) minute increments.

The supervisor of the work site will notify employees of the method and procedure for documenting work time and attendance. The District will inform the Association regarding a specific work site’s method and procedure for documenting work time and attendance upon request.
Recording Hours. 7 a) Electronic Recording Hours shall be 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM on each 8 business day.
9 b) Manual Recording Hours shall be 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on each business
Recording Hours. Hours worked, including before 0800 and after 1700 on a regular 4 work day, and hours worked on a holiday and hours worked on a weekend day will be 5 recorded as time worked on a Time and Attendance Record (TAR). Such time will be 6 recorded in incremental blocks of time divisible by fifteen (15) minutes. Thus the minimum 7 time that can be recorded is fifteen (15) minutes. Recording of these hours do not alter or 8 amend the status of employees represented by the Association of being salaried – FLSA 9 exempt employees. 1 ARTICLE 14
