Records Requirement. For Agreements funded by federal funds, subject to Florida Statutes, Section 90.503, 394.4615 and 456.057 Meridian agrees to grant access by the School Board, the Federal grantor agency, the Comptroller General of the United States, the Florida Auditor General or any of their duly authorized representatives to any books, documents, papers, and records of Meridian which are directly pertinent to this Agreement for the purpose of making audit, examination, excerpts, and transcriptions.

Records Requirement. A. All accounting records of Delaware County Immunization Coalition relative to the performance of its obligations under this contract shall be kept in a manner that is consistent with generally accepted accounting procedures, and in accordance with the Agreement for Immunization Services.

The Provider acknowledges and agrees that the Gilchrist County School Board may grant applicable access by the Federal grantor agency, the Comptroller General of the United States, the Florida Auditor General, or any of the duly authorized representatives to any books, documents, papers and records of the Provider which are directly pertinent to the specific contract for the purpose of making audit, examination, excerpts, and transcripts. All records or the vendor that pertain to these expenditures must be retained for five years or until 1 year after all audit findings are resolved and the contract must state compliance with this provision. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Act: By affixing signature to this contract, the Provider, does swear and affirm, under penalty of perjury, that the Provider providing services to Gilchrist County School Board will comply with the requirements of the Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Act, fingerprinting procedures, and the laws of the State of Florida. Failure to comply with this provision shall constitute a material breach of this agreement.
