Recruitment and Layoff of Temporary Employees. At the point of hire, the employer shall provide the employee and the applicable union with the following information: ▪ Employee name (Union only) ▪ Position hired for ▪ Rate of pay ▪ Duration of employment (start and end date) The employer shall provide two weeks notice or two weeks pay in lieu of notice of layoff to temporary employees.
