Recruitment and Retention Stipends (2021. Employees in the following job classifications shall be paid a Recruitment and Retention Stipend, equal to five percent (5%) of the annualized pre-adjusted base hourly rate, paid annually on their anniversary date: Assistant Systems Administrator Associate Project Manager Business Analyst/Technology Training Coordinator IT Business Analyst IT Enterprise Architect IT Field Technician I and II IT Operations Administrator IT Project Manager Programmer Analyst I and II Quality Assurance Test Lead Senior Database Administrator Senior Database Administration & Security Analyst Senior Programmer Analyst Senior Technology Business Analyst Systems Administrator Technology Database Administrator Technology Trainer Any classification not specifically listed in this article is not eligible for the Recruitment and Retention Stipend. Any new classifications established during the pendency of this contract may, at the discretion of the Selecting Authority and the Director of Human Resources, be entitled to the Recruitment and Retention Stipend.
