Reduction in Fee. If City suspends a portion of this Contract or terminates some but not all Performance Obligations, Contractor will continue to fully perform its obligations under the remaining portions of this Contract which are not suspended or terminated, and the parties will mutually agree upon an adjustment to the Contractor service fee to reflect actual reductions in Performance Obligations.

Reduction in Fee. In the event the Developer sells one or more of the properties located at 000 X. Xxxxxx Street, 250 N. Court Street, or 000 X. Xxxxxxx Street to a taxable entity, the annual payment of the Developer Fee will be reduced each year by the amount of taxes received by the City that year from such sale(s) based on the City’s tax rate. If the properties are sold to an organization exempt from the payment of property taxes, the new owner shall be required to enter into a PILOT or fee agreement with the City to ensure service cost consideration.

  • Reduction in Hours Any reduction in regularly assigned time shall be considered a layoff under the provisions of this Article.

The facility fee shall be calculated quarterly in arrears, and if there is any change in the Applicable Rate for facility fees during any quarter, the actual daily amount shall be computed and multiplied by the Applicable Rate for facility fees separately for each period during such quarter that such Applicable Rate for facility fees was in effect.
