REDUCTION IN PERSONNEL. 1. Should the reduction in personnel become necessary when two (2) or more teachers at the same endorsement and licensure level are involved, the Board of Education will follow the following plan in the determination of the non-renewal of contracts. 2. Factors to be considered and index according to importance shall be multiplied by the points in each category.
