REFERENCE CLAUSE. All ratified agreements on terms and conditions of professional service as set forth in this Master Collective Bargaining Agreement will be included, by reference, in the individual contracts of all professional employees in the bargaining unit.
REFERENCE CLAUSE. The provisions set forth in this Agreement shall, by reference, become a part of the licensed professional's individual contract with the same force and effect as though fully set forth therein.
REFERENCE CLAUSE. SECTION A: The provision set forth in this agreement shall be made a part of the teachers’ individual comprehensive contract, with the same force and effect as though fully set forth therein.
SECTION B: This agreement may be altered, changed, added to, deleted from or modified during the period of this agreement only through professional negotiations procedures under K.S.A.72-5413, et seq.
SECTION C: All policies governing employees of the Northeast Kansas Education Service Center shall be governed by rules and regulations set by the Board. Any policy, practice or negotiated agreement in violation of the state and federal laws and/or hearings shall be null and void.
REFERENCE CLAUSE. This professional agreement may not be altered, changed, added to, deleted from, or modified except by the voluntary mutual consent of the parties in a written and signed amendment to this agreement. The Board and the Association agree to the commitments contained herein and give them full force and effect.
REFERENCE CLAUSE. The provisions set forth in this agreement shall be included by reference in the contracts of all teachers employed by Unified School District #453 during the term of this agreement. This agreement shall be made a part of the teacher's individual comprehensive contract, with the same force and effect as though fully set forth therein. This agreement may be altered, changed, added to, deleted from, or modified during the period of this agreement only through the voluntary, mutual consent of the parties in written and signed amendments to this agreement.
REFERENCE CLAUSE. A. The primary and supplemental duty contracts shall contain the following paragraph: “The Negotiated Agreement between the Board and the recognized bargaining agent is incorporated into this Contract by reference. The Negotiated Agreement shall have the same force and effect as though it were fully set forth in this Contract.”

REFERENCE CLAUSE. 1. It is agreed, by and between the Employer and the Association, that the Agreements set forth herein shall be included, by reference, in contracts of all certified employees represented by the Association, which is defined in this Agreement, and who are employed by Unified School District #325, Phillipsburg, Kansas. These agreements shall be made a part of the employee's individual contract, with the same force and effect as though fully set forth therein.
REFERENCE CLAUSE. It is agreed, by and between the Employer and the Stockton Teachers' Association, the agreements set forth herein shall be included, by reference, in contracts of all licensed employees represented by the Stockton Teachers' Association, which is defined in this agreement, and who are employed by Unified School District No. 271, Stockton, Kansas. These agreements shall be made a part of the employee's individual contracts, with the same force and effect as though fully set forth herein.
