REFRESHER OR ADDITIONAL TRAINING. We will provide up to 2 days of refresher training programs per year at our principal training facility. We may also provide additional seminars or advanced management training for you and your employees at our principal training facility (or any other location we designate provided the other location is closer to your Healthy Bites Grill Franchise), which may be required at our option. However, if you receive an unsatisfactory inspection report from us and fail to promptly remedy the deficiencies, we may require your Manager and designated employees to attend refresher training as soon as reasonably possible. You are solely responsible for all expenses associated with these programs and all travel, meals and lodging costs of your attendees.

REFRESHER OR ADDITIONAL TRAINING. The Franchisor may provide refresher training programs, seminars or advanced management training for the Representative at the principal training facility of the Franchisor, which may be required, at the option of the Franchisor. Training will not be required more often than once a year. The Representative is solely responsible for all expenses associated with these programs, including the then prevailing standard rates charged by the Franchisor for these programs and all travel, meals and lodging costs for the Representative's attendees.
REFRESHER OR ADDITIONAL TRAINING. The Franchisor from time to time may provide refresher training programs, seminars or advanced management training for the Master Franchisee at a facility designated by the Franchisor which may be required, at the option of the Franchisor. Such training shall not be required more often than once a year. The Master Franchisee shall be responsible for costs and expenses associated with all travel, meals and lodging for the Master Franchisee's attendees but there shall be no fees or costs charged by the Franchisor for the programs, seminars or training. Required refresher or additional training may take any form of training as the Franchisor may choose, including, but not limited to CD-ROM and long distance learning via videoconference.

  • Additional Training Should the introduction of new methods of operation create a need for the perfection or acquisition of skills requiring a training period longer than one (1) year, the additional training time shall be a subject for discussion between the Board and the Union.

  • Technical Training The CAISO and the Participating TOs shall respond to reasonable requests for support and provide relevant technical training to each other’s employees to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the CAISO Controlled Grid and to comply with any NERC or WECC operator certification or training requirements.   • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract. a. The contractor shall notify all potential subcontractors and suppliers and lessors of their EEO obligations under this contract. b. The contractor will use good faith efforts to ensure subcontractor compliance with their EEO obligations.

  • Maintenance Training 16.8.1 The Seller will provide maintenance training for the Buyer’s ground personnel as further set forth in Appendix A to this Clause 16. The available courses will be as listed in the Seller’s Customer Services Catalog current at the time of the course. The practical training provided in the frame of maintenance training will be performed on the training devices in use in the Seller’s Training Centers.

  • Trainings Appointment of any length involving two (2) or more Consumers who might need to split up to join different trainings, group discussions, etc.

  • Equipment Testing and Inspection 2.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall test and inspect its Small Generating Facility and Interconnection Facilities prior to interconnection. The Interconnection Customer shall notify the NYISO and the Connecting Transmission Owner of such activities no fewer than five Business Days (or as may be agreed to by the Parties) prior to such testing and inspection. Testing and inspection shall occur on a Business Day. The Connecting Transmission Owner may, at its own expense, send qualified personnel to the Small Generating Facility site to inspect the interconnection and observe the testing. The Interconnection Customer shall provide the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner a written test report when such testing and inspection is completed. The Small Generating Facility may not commence parallel operations if the NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, finds that the Small Generating Facility has not been installed as agreed upon or may not be operated in a safe and reliable manner. 2.1.2 The NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each provide the Interconnection Customer written acknowledgment that it has received the Interconnection Customer’s written test report. Such written acknowledgment shall not be deemed to be or construed as any representation, assurance, guarantee, or warranty by the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner of the safety, durability, suitability, or reliability of the Small Generating Facility or any associated control, protective, and safety devices owned or controlled by the Interconnection Customer or the quality of power produced by the Small Generating Facility.

  • DEVELOPMENT OR ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS/ STATEMENTS OF WORK

  • General Training 417. The City will use its best efforts to provide Local 21 represented employees with up to forty (40) hours of paid time off for job-related training and/or professional development, which shall include one day of professional development of an employee’s choice, not to be unreasonably denied. Such time may include departmental-sponsored training and/or professional development; DHR sponsored training and/or professional development; and/or outside training and/or professional development approved by appointing officer or designee. The foregoing includes but is not limited to mandatory continuing education and/or training requirements.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.
