Management Training. The Union will be invited to send a representative to a Human Resources Management Seminar for new academic administrators to address the participants for fifteen (15) minutes on the Union’s perspective of the content and workings of the Collective Agreement, and to set out the Union’s major issues and concerns. The Union shall be notified of such training at least ten (10) working days in advance of the session.
Management Training. Any employee selected and assigned by the Chief of the Department to attend a course or a program in the management or administration of fire departments shall continue to receive his regular monthly salary and, to accumulate seniority as though the employee had remained in full time service with the Employer.
Management Training. The City recognizes and supports that employees in this bargaining unit wish to enhance performance of their clinical and/or managerial duties. To that end, subject to available resources, the City will endeavor to provide specific training to employees on topics such as: teambuilding; supervisory skills; applicable specialty clinical training; analytical reporting; quality management, conflict resolution; and other applicable topics.
Management Training. Between 60 days before and 60 days after the projected Opening Date, we will provide (subject to space availability), and you or a person with executive authority if you are an entity and a Facility manager (usually the general manager) must complete, a training program to our satisfaction. The training program will be held at a location in the Territory or in the United States we designate, will not exceed two weeks in duration, and will cover such topics as Territory System Standards, services available from us, and operating a Chain Facility. We may charge you a reasonable fee for materials for each manager trainee. Any replacement general manager of the Facility must complete the training program within the time specified in the Territory System Standards Manual. No tuition will be charged for your first participation in this training but you must pay for your representative’s travel, lodging, meals, incidental expenses, compensation and benefits. We may charge you reasonable tuition for training for replacement general managers.
Management Training. Company shall furnish to Franchisee or its Director, as the case may be, such training programs, conferences and seminars as Company deems appropriate from time to time. Provided, the training may be furnished at one (1) or more locations, including Company's principal offices, another Residence (including one [1] operated by Franchisee), and/or the Residence licensed hereunder or any other location which Company may select in good faith. Franchisee or, if other than Franchisee, the individual/company designated by Franchisee for being responsible for the on site day-to-day operation of the Residence (said person employed by whomsoever hereinafter referred to as "Director") must successfully complete Company's training program, or program offered by Exx Management Company, Inc. that comples with and includes all training as prescribed by Company. Said programs to be submitted to Company for approval as they are amended from time to time and at least thirty (30) days prior to any scheduled training session. Franchisee or the Director, as the case may be, must be employed at least sixty (60) days prior to the proposed opening of the Residence and successfully undergo training as prescribed by the Company at least forty-five (45) days prior to the proposed opening of the Residence. Subsequently hired Directors must also successfully complete Company's training program and the cost of training all subsequently hired Directors shall be borned solely by Franchisee.
Management Training. 240. The City shall make available and HRD shall budget $100,000 each year for two years for the purpose of management training of MEA-represented employees. Until such funds are exhausted, an employee may utilize up to a maximum of $1,000 per fiscal year. A joint City-MEA management development committee will be established to develop the program and to decide how to spend the allotted sums. The City shall not utilize these funds to supplant existing budgeted training programs. Funds which are not expended at the end of each fiscal year shall be rolled over into the next fiscal year.

Between 30 days prior to the projected Opening Date and 120 days afterwards, we will offer at a location in the United States we designate and your general manager must complete a training program to our satisfaction. The training program will not exceed ten days in duration and will cover such topics as System Standards, services available from us, and operating a Chain Facility. Any replacement or supplemental general manager of the Facility must complete the management training program to our satisfaction within 120 days after assuming his responsibilities. Attendance is optional for other members of your staff. We charge you tuition of $250 for each trainee. You must also pay for your trainee's travel, lodging, meals, incidental expenses, compensation and benefits.
Management Training. 217. The Court shall establish a management training budget of $15,000 each fiscal year covered by this contract to provide for job related training of MEA represented positions in the court. The expenditure of this fund sha l be solely within the discretion of the Court; however, such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Court agrees to the establishment and maintenance of a Management Training Committee of three MEA members selected by MEA to work with management to establish 1) criteria for attending training programs, 2) procedures for the review of training requests and 3) the range of training options. Under these procedures, this Committee will recommend training to be approved under this section.

No tuition will be charged for your first participation in this training but you must pay for your representative's travel, lodging, meals, incidental expenses, compensation and benefits. We may charge you reasonable tuition for training for replacement managers.
Management Training. Police Captains and Lieutenants shall maintain a 40-hour minimum annual level of training in Police Administration, Public Administration, Police Management, or a related field. This training can include job related courses such as seminars or other approved training. Prior approval shall be granted by the Chief of Police.
