Refund and Cancellation Policy. 8.1 No refund will be payable in the event that the Participant is unsuccessful following any JCUSA or Camp interview, background check, J1 visa appointment, or if they decide to withdraw from the programme for any reason. 8.2 No refund will be payable in the event that a Participant is unsuccessful at first interview. 8.3 If the Participant withdraws from the programme after acceptance of a place at Camp and visa documents have been issued, or a visa is denied, they will be liable for any fees payable. A further $50 will be payable if the DS2019 form is not returned to the JCUSA office. 8.4 No refunds will be payable by JCUSA under any circumstances including but not limited to : any events beyond JCUSA’s control, the Participant withdrawing from the programme for any reason, Camp being cancelled, natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, strikes, incidents of politically motivated violence, sickness or quarantine, pandemics, government restrictions or regulations or transportation accidents.

Refund and Cancellation Policy. The Promoter reserves the right to change, add, withdraw or substitute artists in the Event line-up, vary the advertised program, the date, the entry and exit times, the amenities, the facilities, the attractions, the entertainment, the Event Site and/or the VIP Areas for the Event at its discretion without prior notification. The Promoter may deny admission to the Event Site and/or VIP Areas (including admission to a particular performance at the Event Site) in accordance with the Event Terms or otherwise in its absolute discretion. Except where required by law or in accordance with Live Performance Australia’s Ticketing Code Of Practice, there will be no refund of any Event Tickets or for any unused portion of an Event Ticket. This includes but is not limited to where there has been a variation to the Event, if you are refused entry to or evicted from the Event Site or VIP Areas by the Promoter or Event Staff in accordance with the Event Terms, if you fail to attend the Event, if you arrive after the commencement of the Event, if you leave the Event Site prior to the conclusion of the Event, or if you purchase the incorrect type of Event Ticket. If the Event is cancelled (in whole or in part) by the Promoter as a result of any act of God; extreme weather; bushfires; war; council or governmental rulings or decisions; actions or decisions of the police or other authorities; cancellation by the Venue owner, lessee or controller; or for any reason outside of the Promoter’s reasonable control, refunds shall be in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion.
Refund and Cancellation Policy. In the event a student wishes to drop an individual course, they must do so in writing. Per IA Code §714.23 Body Wisdom School will make a pro rata refund of tuition charges to a student who drops a course in an amount that is not less than ninety (90) percent of the amount of tuition charged to the student for the period of enrollment multiplied by the ratio of the number of scheduled clock hours remaining in sixty (60) percent of the course period to the total number of scheduled clock hours in sixty (60) percent of the course period. If a student, dropping a course, has completed sixty (60) percent or more of the course period, the student is not entitled to a refund of any tuition charges. However, if, at any time, a student drops an individual course due to the student’s physical incapacity or due to the transfer of the student’s spouse’s employment to another city, the terminating student shall receive a refund of tuition charges in an amount that equals the amount of tuition charged to the student for the course period multiplied by the ratio of the remaining number of scheduled clock hours in the course period to the total number of scheduled clock hours in the course period.

Fees paid on the website is for access to the Finotive Funding challenge or services provided under it. 11.2 Notwithstanding the foregoing under clause 11.1, a user may request a cancellation for the service or withdraw from the contract within 14 days of placing an order without giving a reason. SHOULD THE USER PLACE A TRADE ON THEIR ACCOUNT WITHIN 14 DAYS OF MAKING AN ORDER, THE USER SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND UNDER THIS CLAUSE. 11.3 If a user chooses to cancel their account after trading on it or fails to meet the conditions of the Finotive Funding Challenge after completion or verification or violating any terms of this Agreement, then the user will not be entitled to a refund even if the order or contract is cancelled. 11.4 In the event of a defective service, where we have been unable to deliver the services as promised, you must notify us immediately of such defective service. Once we have been informed, we will within 30 days of receiving the complaint try and remedy the defective service. If we are unable to remedy the defective service after the said 30 days, you may choose to withdraw from the contract by sending an email to xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or claim a reasonable discount. If you choose to withdraw from the contract, we will provide a refund of any fees already paid. 11.5 You must not unjustifiably dispute a fee or payment you made either through a chargeback, dispute services or other similar methods. If you make such illegitimate claim for a refund or cancellation (e.g., through chargeback services, dispute services, or other similar services), we reserve the right at our sole discretion to cancel our service to you and refuse any future use of our website and services.
