Appointment Cancellation. The College plans the annual course schedule to meet the varying needs of new and returning students, provide access to its academic programs, and support projected enrollment levels. In any quarter, courses may be cancelled at the discretion of the College because of insufficient enrollment, other extenuating circumstances, or the course the adjunct faculty member is assigned to teach is needed to make a full load for a full-time faculty member. The College will endeavor to provide notice first by telephone call, followed by an e-mail to the faculty member’s college e-mail address, though the e-mail will suffice as adequate notice. The College will be responsible for notifying students in the event of a course cancellation and for assisting students in making alternate enrollment decisions. Adjunct faculty members whose courses are cancelled for low-enrollment receive compensation according to the following:
17.6.1.1 If the course is cancelled with less than seven (7) calendar-days notice prior to the start of the course, payment will be prorated on the basis of one class session at the instructional rate of pay.
Appointment Cancellation. If you are unable to keep and appointment, you must notify our office 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Since the insurance company will not pay for a missed appointment, you will be billed a$25.00 fee by XXXX.

Appointment Cancellation. CUSTOMER is to call to cancel an appointment at least 48-hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. E-mail is not an acceptable form of contact. This allows ECS enough time to fill that appointment time with another client. If CUSTOMER cancels within the 48-hours prior to the scheduled appointment time or is a NO- SHOW, CUSTOMER will be invoiced for 1-hour, plus the travel fee if it was an on-site appointment. Remote support appointments, if scheduled at least 48 hours in advanced, are appointments subject to this cancellation policy.
Appointment Cancellation. We want to make sure our patients have access to their providers when they need them, so we pay close attention to how we schedule appointments. If you arrive late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule for another time. Please give out office at least 24 hours advance notice (not including weekends) when you need to change or cancel an appointment, otherwise a $50.00 cancellation fee may be charged. If you no-show to your appointment a $50.00 no- show fee may be charged. Repeatedly no showing for your appointment may lead to termination of the relationship between you and your medical care provider
Appointment Cancellation. When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other patients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please call the office as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. If cancellation is necessary, we require you call at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time. If you do NOT cancel within 24 hours, you will be responsible for a $25 cancellation fee. If a patient is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, Park Avenue Physical Therapy & Wellness reserves the right to cancel the appointment and charge a $25 late cancellation fee.
Appointment Cancellation appointments that are cancelled twelve (12) hours prior to the appointment will be refunded in full. If a User has purchased a package, uses a portion of the package, and decides to cancel the remaining sessions, the remaining sessions will be refunded at the prorated amount remaining in the package. The package discount will apply to the used and unused sessions.
Appointment Cancellation. Since scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time specifically for you, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling or canceling an appointment. Clients are responsible for paying the session fee for missed sessions or late cancelations. Insurance companies do not cover fees for missed sessions.
Appointment Cancellation. An adjunct faculty member’s appointment for a course assignment may be cancelled if his/her services are not needed. Examples of such situations may include, but are not limited to the following:
17.6.1.1 There is insufficient enrollment in the course he/she is appointed to teach.
17.6.1.2 The course he/she is appointed to teach is needed to make a full-load for a tenured faculty member.
Appointment Cancellation. I will reserve a regular appointment time for you. I will also do this for my other clients. Therefore, I am rarely able to fill a cancelled session unless I have a week’s notice. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please give me at least 24 hours notice although more notice is much appreciated. You will be billed the regular rate for an appointment that you do not cancel within 24 hours of the appointment time.
