Warranty Policy. SAMSUNG warrants to the original end user customer or purchaser of this Product ("You”) that the Product is free from material defects and workmanship, subject to the conditions stated herein. In the event SAMSUNG determines, in its sole discretion, that the Product suffers from material defects in manufacture and does not substantially conform to the published specifications under normal use, for as long as You own the Product, and subject to the conditions and exceptions stated in this Agreement, SAMSUNG will, at its option, either: (1) repair or replace the Product with new or refurbished Product of equal or greater capacity and functionality; or (2) issue a credit, less any rebates, in accordance with the credit schedule provided in Section E of this Agreement. In the case of replacements, SAMSUNG may replace Your Product with one that was previously used, repaired and tested to meet SAMSUNG specifications. This warranty is provided only to You and is not transferable. Proof of purchase may be required. THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS SAMSUNG’S ENTIRE LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT. SAMSUNG DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL SAMSUNG, ITS SUPPLIERS OR ANY AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, ANY FINANCIAL LOSS OR ANY LOST DATA OR FILES, EVEN IF SAMSUNG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE AND NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY. IN NO EVENT WILL SAMSUNG’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT. THESE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Warranty Policy. A dump truck is sold with a warranty in which PM may or may not be one bundle of the warranty. The warranty provided by the manufacturer is a non- renewing free repair warranty and hence all failures under warranty is repaired without charge to the consumer. We consider the case where the manufacturer offers the consumer two options – (i) warranty and PM is one package or (ii) warranty without PM. In option (i), both PM and CM during the warranty period (W) are borne by the manufacturer whilst in option (ii) the manufacturer is responsible for CM and the consumer for PM. Hence, the options offered by the manufacturer (or OEM) are: After the expiry of the warranty (meaning that from W to the life cycle (L) of the dump truck), all maintenance actions become the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty Policy. (A) Iroquois Ironworker warrants to the Purchaser that each new unit purchased from Iroquois Ironworker will be free from proven defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of TWENTY-FOUR (24) MONTHS from the date of shipment by Iroquois Ironworker to Purchaser. Furthermore, Iroquois Ironworker warrants to the Purchaser that the frame on any new unit purchased from Iroquois Ironworker will be free from proven defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of SIXTY (60) MONTHS from the date of shipment by Iroquois Ironworker to Purchaser. Both warranties extend solely to the original Purchaser of the unit.
(B) The Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy under this Policy shall be limited to repair and/or replacement of the defective part at the sole discretion of Iroquois Ironworker. The term “Purchaser” as used in this Policy shall refer to the original purchaser of a new unit from Iroquois Ironworker or from any authorized Iroquois Ironworker dealer.

Warranty The XxxxXxxxxx XxxxxXxxbe System is warranted to be, under normal use and conditions, free from defects in materials and workmanship for the entire life of the product to be probed (the "WARRANTY PERIOD"). In addition, the WaferProbe system is warranted to comply with the precipitator published specification for X/Y placement, planarity and total path resistance over the full Warranty Period. This limited warranty does not cover defects or damage due to acts of God, use or handling not in accordance with specifications or instructions, or repair or modification by anyone other than FormFactor or FormFactor authorized agents. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, a partial list of defects covered and not covered by this warranty is set forth below. Warranty Policy. 5.1 Unless a different limited written warranty is provided by RBCA with the Goods, the terms and conditions of the warranty for the Goods shall be subject to the following limited written warranty. RBCA warrants all Goods manufactured by it to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the following:
5.1.1 The date of installation if a warranty card has been received by RBCA that sets forth the correct date of installation;
5.1.2 The date of purchase if the date can be established by an invoice; or
5.1.3 The date of manufacture if the information required in 5.1.1 or 5.1.2 is not available. Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty shall be limited to either the repair or exchange of warranted products, at RBCA’s option FCA RBCA’s factory. No attempt to repair or improve the Goods or parts by any of RBCA’s representatives shall change or extend this warranty.
5.2 Limitations on Warranty THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
5.3 If the Buyer (as that term is hereafter defined) or Agent grants to an end user any warranty which is greater in scope or time period than the warranty stated herein, RBCA shall not be liable beyond this stated warranty. Except as otherwise provided under the Warranty Processing Procedures section of this warranty, equipment and accessories not manufactured by RBCA shall not be the responsibility of RBCA. The term “Buyer” as used herein means the person or firm that purchased the product directly from RBCA and the end customer.

Warranty Policy. 9.1 The Products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Within this warranty period, User, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge for parts and/or labor. Replacement products may be new or refurbished at our discretion. User may also choose to give a refund.
9.2 This warranty does not apply to:
a. cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks, stains and dents;
b. consumable parts, such as batteries, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
c. damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water (in excess of specifications), flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes;
d. damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized reseller;
e. damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the prior written permission of Bird Control Group;
f. or a product where the serial number has been removed.
9.3 The warranties and remedies contained herein are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties express, implied, or statutory, including and liability arising under any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, statutory or otherwise. Subject to applicable law, in no event shall our liability exceed the purchase price of the products.
9.4 If a defect is reported after the warranty period, User can offer an assessment of the defect including quotation for repair or replacement, following the return policy as described in Article 9.5.
9.5 Returning products without prior authorization of User is not allowed. For all returns, including warranty and after-warranty returns, Customer must pack the Product in its original packaging and include all accessories and documentation. User reserves the right to charge for any damage to the product, and missing part fees may apply. Customer must contact the Technical Support Team of User prior to returning any product to receive a return authorization form and RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Customer will be responsible for, and pre-pay, all return shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to product while in transit to User.
