Refusal of Offers of Employment. If an employee rejects an offer of employment from Producer hereunder during either of the ninety (90) day periods referred to in subparagraph (a)(3) hereof, such employee shall lose his qualification for severance pay and, if subsequently rehired, shall be rehired as a new employee for severance pay purposes.
