Registration and Reporting. The Partner will fill in and return the completed Academic Alliance Application to UiPath as a prerequisite to becoming a member in the UiPath Academic Alliance Program. The Partner shall fill in and submit an updated Academic Alliance Application from time to time, as reasonably requested by UiPath during the Term of this Agreement.

Registration and Reporting. If the PV System has a nameplate rating of one MW or greater, SRC Producer shall register the PV System and report the PV System’s production data to the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) in accordance with 4 CCR 723-3-3659(j).

The Obligated Party's Common Stock is registered pursuant to Section 12(b) or 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Exchange Act") and the Obligated Parties are in full compliance with all reporting requirements of the Exchange Act and have filed all documents and reports required to be filed thereunder (collectively, the "SEC Documents") that the Obligated Parties have been required to file with the Commission pursuant to the Exchange Act. The SEC Documents including any amendments hereto, when they were filed with the Commission, conformed in all material respects to the requirements of the Exchange Act, as applicable, and the rules, regulations and instructions of the Commission thereunder.

Consultant agrees to take all steps to assure compliance with any applicable Federal, state and local lobbying registration and reporting laws and rules, including preparing and timely filing Client and Consultant lobbying registration forms and financial reports and Client registration documents. Consultant agrees to take all steps to assure compliance with any applicable state and local campaign finance registration and reporting laws and rules, including preparing and timely filing Client registration and reports of corporate political contributions. Consultant shall provide to Client, upon request, copies of all reports required by law to be filed with any governmental entity with respect to any activities undertaken by Consultant on behalf of Client.
