Registration and Reporting. The Partner will fill in and return the completed Academic Alliance Application to UiPath as a prerequisite to becoming a member in the UiPath Academic Alliance Program. The Partner shall fill in and submit an updated Academic Alliance Application from time to time, as reasonably requested by UiPath during the Term of this Agreement.

  • Monitoring and Reporting 3.1 The Contractor shall provide workforce monitoring data as detailed in paragraph 3.2 of this Schedule 8.
