Regular Meals. A meal period shall be scheduled as close to the middle of the shift as possible considering the needs of the Employer and the needs of the employee. Such meal break shall be taken at a location which permits the bargaining unit member to return promptly to the work site and shall not exceed thirty (30) minutes in length. Such meal breaks will normally be taken on campus, unless a bargaining unit member receives permission to leave.
Regular Meals. A meal period shall be scheduled as close to the middle of the shift as possible considering the needs of the Employer and the needs of the employee. Meal breaks shall be available only to employees working 6 or more hours in a day. Employees may be required to take meal breaks in a location/s specified by the employer. Effective June 14, 2015, employees shall be paid for their thirty (30) minute meal break. Employees must take their meal break at the work site and be on call at all times during the meal break.

  • Regular Meetings Regular meetings of the Trustees may be held without call or notice at such places and at such times as the Trustees may from time to time determine, provided that notice of the first regular meeting following any such determination shall be given to absent Trustees.

  • Regular Hours The regular hours of work each day shall be consecutive except for interruptions for lunch periods.

  • Regular Work Day A regular work day shall consist of six and one-half (6½) hours between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

  • Regular Full Time employee - Regular full-time employee shall mean an employee employed to meet ongoing operational requirements on a year-round basis and is scheduled to work the full-time hours contained in Article 18. Regular full-time employees who are laid off shall retain their regular full-time status with the Company while on layoff.

  • Regular Employees Service credit shall be the period of employment with the Company and any service restored as per Part A, Item 5.3.
