Regular Work Days and Lunch Periods. A regular work day shall be any eight (8) consecutive hours between 4:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Lunch shall be one-half hour without pay.

  • Lunch Periods All employees covered by this Agreement shall be entitled to an uninterrupted duty free lunch period after the employee has been on duty for four (4) hours. The length of time for such lunch period shall be for a period of no longer than one (1) hour nor less than one-half (1/2) hour and shall be scheduled for full-time employees at or about the midpoint of each work shift.
