Common use of REGULAR WORKDAY Clause in Contracts

REGULAR WORKDAY. The regular workday or shift for full-time employees shall consist of nine (9) consecutive hours a day, excluding the meal period for employees referenced in Article 10, Section 5.A.

REGULAR WORKDAY. (a) The regular workday or shift for full-time all employees shall consist be eight (8) hours per day including an unpaid one (1) hour meal period. (b) Staff meetings will be included in the computation of nine (9) consecutive hours a dayworked, excluding the meal period for however employees referenced may volunteer to attend Society functions and will not be compensated in Article 10, Section 5.A.those instances.
