Regularly Scheduled Part Time Employee. A " regularly scheduled part-time employee" is an employee who is regularly scheduled to work a defined number or range of hours of less than sixty {60) hours per t wo-week pay period (i.e., who has an authorized FTE status of 0. 10 FTE through 0.74 FTE).
