REIMBURSEMENT FOR EDUCATIONAL COURSES. All employees who successfully complete educational courses approved by the Employer shall be reimbursed for the amount expended by the employee in payment of tuition for such courses and the reimbursement for textbooks necessary for completion of the course up to two thousand five dollars ($2,500) per semester, up to two (2) semesters per fiscal year, provided the employees attain a grade of “C” or better (grade point average of 2.0 or better) in said course. To be entitled to reimbursement, employees must take courses for a letter grade if such option exists. If a course is offered pass/fail only, the employee will be reimbursed 100% of the amount expended if the employee receives a grade of pass.

  • Special Education Special education services, related services, and accommodations for students who are eligible under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 504), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), or any applicable provisions of state law, shall be provided in accordance with applicable state and federal law, this Agreement and Authorizer rules and policies. The Authorizer is the LEA for purposes of ensuring compliance with IDEA, Section 504, and all other federal and state laws and regulations concerning accommodation of and education of students with disabilities.

  • Reimbursement for Expenses Consultant shall not be reimbursed for any expenses unless authorized in writing by City.
